Villa Rose Design is a modern townhouse with a private pool, ideal for families with children up to 6 people.Located in the centre of Albufeira, 10 minutes from the beach, supermarket and restaurants, and many other facilities. The house is bright, wide and airy with a living area of 146m2. Villa Rose Design features modern decor that offers luxurious comfort, equipped with TV, Wi-Fi internet and air-conditioning.
Vila Rose Design consists of 2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, on the ground floor the living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, an fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom , a large private terrace and a swimming pool and a big garden. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. On the first floor, a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom and access to a balcony overlooking the garden. The large terrace next to the living room with electric sunshade, private pool and BBQ is a great place to socialize.On the property, there is a private open space to park a car.Small-size pets allowed on request.
Nightly disturbances caused by the guests are prohibited: between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.The guests must respect the neighbour’s rest night and not cause any problems or noise! Also, during the day, music, if played outside the home, should be kept at a normal level.Pets allowed on request, maximum 1 dog or 1 cat small size.The bed linen is changed after the first week, for stays longer than 14 days.The final cleaning is included.ATTENTION NO YOUNG GROUPS ALLOWED IN THIS VILLA!!

Pictures online did not do justice to this property it was bigger than we expected. Villa was in immaculate condition, very spacious, clean, bright and airy.Had everything you needed and lounger towels were also provided.The host Elina was so accommodating and met with is to show us around the property, left some goodies for is on our arrival also which was a lovely touch. And if you had any problems she would sort straight away as i thought the hairdryer was not working, she was at the Villa within 10 min with a replacement. It was actually working i just did not plug it in properly. I would 100% recommend this Villa
