Villa São Paulo is an excellent 3-bedroom holiday home, located in the charming Jacaranda villa complex, in the heart of Oura, Albufeira. Ideal for families or friends looking to relax without a car, it offers an unbeatable location.



With free Wi-Fi, the house has 3 bedrooms (2 twins and a studio room that can be used as a bedroom or common space) and 2 bathrooms (one of them en-suite with a shower cabin). The living/dining room is cosy, with 2 sofas (which can accommodate 3 more people for an additional fee), dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, stove, microwave, kettle and refrigerator.



Outdoors, the walled property features an outdoor dining area, with a south-facing terrace and swimming pool, ideal for enjoying the sun.



The villa benefits from proximity to beautiful beaches (Oura Beach is the closest), shops, bars and restaurants within a short distance. Albufeira's downtown, with the best bars and nightlife, and the historic centre are also nearby.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 130 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests.

From the 7th to the 9th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
