The Villa Coral Bay is a charming holiday home for 8+2 people, located in a tranquil urbanization in Albufeira, close to all amenities. With a large private pool and spacious garden, it is perfect for families seeking a relaxing holiday.



The property has 4 bedrooms. On the first floor, there is 1 double room and 2 rooms with a double bed and single bed. All have a private bathroom and access to a common balcony. The 4th bedroom, on the ground floor, has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, private bathroom, and direct access to the pool and garden area.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped with oven, electric hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also a laundry room with an ironing board. The dining room, with a large table for 14 people, and the living room, with TV and comfortable sofas, provide access to the outdoor space.



The exterior offers a private pool (heatable as an optional extra) and an outdoor dining table, ideal for family meals. On the lower floor, there is a games room with snooker, table football, darts, and ping-pong.



The location is excellent, close to shops, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. Oura Beach is 2.5 km away, and the nearest golf course is just a 5-minute drive.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.

From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
