Villa Molucas is a stunning property located in São Rafael, Albufeira, near the beautiful Castelo and Evaristo beaches, with shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Ideal for group holidays, it accommodates 10 + 2 people in 5 spacious rooms.



On the ground floor, there are 2 rooms (one double and one twin). The upper floor houses 2 twin rooms with a private bathroom. The fifth room is on the second floor, with a private bathroom and a terrace with wonderful sea views.



The spacious lower floor has been recently renovated and includes a living area, TV, dining area, bar, and a pool table. The kitchen, adjacent to the dining area, is fully equipped with modern appliances and includes a laundry area.



The exterior features a traditional barbecue, an outdoor dining area, and a wonderful pool with good sun exposure (heatable as an optional extra), surrounded by sun loungers.



The property offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all areas, and is 10 minutes by car from Albufeira, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and shops.



Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). 



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 10 guests.

From the 11th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

A group of friend's stayed in this home and it was just perfect. 5 large bedrooms, 4 with baths and they were all very nice. The home is very clean, lovely inside and the pool area was a wonderful. the kitchen was large so all of us could be in and out of it with ease. The area was very quiet and close to the beach and other restaurants

Fantastic Villa!

This villa provided the perfect setting for an unforgettable getaway with friends. The villa itself was equally impressive. Spacious and well-appointed, it comfortably accommodated our group. From the moment we booked our stay, the staff were attentive and responsive to our needs. Only good things to remenber.

The villa is fine for a large group, looking for a good party house, it is not suited for a family. The decor and furniture is tired and needs some improvements. The pool area is lovely, the street is nice and it seems a safe area. VRBO provided a disappointing service! I feel like they charge you for every single thing they can! We wanted an extra single bed and even this came at a charge (later refunded due to my compliant). No flexibility on check in or out time and you have to pay to leave your cases at their office. To me, it was not personal, it was very corporate and money money money! I would not book with this management company again. All 11 guests felt the same! And the complaints and negotiations with the office impacted our stay.

Logement très propre et spacieux. Très bien bien situé, à une dizaine de minutes de la plage. Nombreux petits restaurants à proximité. La personne qui gérait la location était disponible et très réactive. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine. Merci pour tout
