The Ipanema 2 Apartment is an excellent and well-decorated 2-bedroom apartment, located in the Quinta Pedra dos Bicos complex. This location is one of its great attributes as it offers proximity to everything you might need to relax on holiday with your family.



Accommodating 4 + 1 people, this wonderful apartment has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds) and 1 bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, there is also a well-decorated living/dining room and several balconies with tables and chairs where you can enjoy a meal or a drink, taking advantage of the wonderful Algarvian sun.



In this beautiful complex, a short walk from the apartment, you will find a large swimming pool and well-maintained gardens, where you can sit, relax and enjoy sunbathing around the pool.



Given its excellent location on a quiet street in Santa Eulália, this apartment is just a few minutes' walk from one of the main streets of the city, where you can find a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets and the well-known Rua da Oura in Albufeira.



Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 4 guests.

The 5th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

Please take all trash to the public waste containers daily and before check-out. We appreciate your cooperation and care for the property.
Please gather all used towels in one place, such as in the bathroom or near the washing machine. We appreciate your cooperation.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Not a good experience. Check-in was in a run down area a mile from the actual property. There were no basic supplies provided so we needed to buy hand soap and paper towels. Worst of all we couldn’t sleep due to teenagers partying until 2am.

Lovely spacious apartment
