From a week before arrival, we will send you our rental guide. It contains all the useful information to help you arrive safely and much more. Please read it carefully before your arrival and let us know if you need anything or have any questions.

## Area

You are a 5-minute drive into the popular resort of Albufeira which has something for everybody. If the lively strip is not for you then why not try the Old Town which has lots of winding streets full of culture and local history with the beautiful church of St Anne’s and the old statue of St Michael.
The old Town also has two beaches which you can access by escalator down the cliff face. There are plenty of shops for buying souvenirs and many bars and restaurants to choose from.

If you want to stay local you have a small supermarket , cafes and bars within walking distance of the apartment and you are also on the local bus service route to take you into Albufeira or if you want to go further afield you can link up with the main bus service where you can visit East to West of the Algarve.

## Transit

There is public transport available in the area and all around the Algarve. But bus and trains do not go very often and a (rental) car is recommended
