Villa Dome OCV - Private Heated Pool

Villa Dome is a spacious high standard private villa with heated swimming pool, ideal for 6 people.



Vila Dome is a full air conditioned leveled spacious 3-bedroom villas, all bedrooms with bathroom and faced to the pool and garden also with LCD TV.



Vila Dome has a comfortable open plan living room with large areas, as well as a shared bathroom, fireplace, Smart TV, DVD and internet, the dining room communicates directly with the elegant outdoor dining area and with direct access to the terrace, garden and swimming pool that upon payment of a supplement can be heated.



The kitchen is fully equipped, has direct access to the two outdoor grills and communicates with the dining area and terrace. The 3 en-suite bedrooms benefit from extraordinary privacy and face the pool with direct access.

Vila Dome is also equipped with air conditioning and quality furniture to provide you with an excellent holiday in comfort.



The pool area has sun loungers and hammocks, the garden has a leisure area composed of a garden bed and armchairs and are the delight of those who want to enjoy a good book with the sound of nature or just relax outdoors.



Vila Dome is in a resort designed to offer you a unique atmosphere, just a few minutes from Rua da Oura and the center of Albufeira. The beautiful beaches of Santa Eulália and Oura are within a 20-minute walk or a short drive.



Villa Dome is equipped with a heated swimming pool that can be connected for a supplement of €70 per day (minimum cost per stay: €490). We also request a 120-hour pre-warning (time it takes to reach the set temperature). The pool heating system raises the temperature by approximately 3°C to 5°C warmer than a pool that is not heated. - Pool Dimensions: 6mx11m // 0,90m x 2



The Municipality of Albufeira charges a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night of stay, for all guests aged 13 or older, during the period from April 1st to October 31st, with a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This amount will be paid directly to the Municipality a few days before arrival and is not included in the quotes generated on our website, so we kindly ask you to take this into consideration.

Beautiful villa, location is good. A small mini market 5 mins walk and several others nearby. Only a short drive to restaurants and the beach. Lots of space in the villa, everything provided for. Fabulous large pool

Vila Dome - just perfect!

We stayed at Vila Dome on the Quinta de Balaia complex for a week. The villa was stunning! Quality fixtures and fittings. Immaculate throughout with a stunning pool and veranda! The accommodation did not disappoint! It was a 15 minute walk to the main strip with many bars and restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend!

Beautiful villa a little outside of Albufeira

This villa was a great property, ideally laid out inside and outside with plenty of room for eating inside or outside. The pool was ideal in the hot weather but the temperature dropped on a daily basis despite paying extra to have it heated. The site was a little walk from the main town and facilities, 15 mins to the nearest supermarket and 35 mins to the beach. The villa is on a site which has not been maintained as well as we would have expected with the reception, restaurant and other advertised facilities shut and areas overgrown, which we accept may be because it is early season, but it was not a good advert. However, the villa was in a quiet setting and ideal for us as a good price.

Tivemos umas férias extraordinárias nesta villa na Quinta de Balaia. A qualidade da casa é simplesmente excecional, com um interior cuidadosamente decorado e um conforto absoluto. Het park waar dit vakantiehuis ligt is verouderd en verlaten maar het huis zelf in 1 woord fantastisch. Luxe, ruim en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig.

Ein wirklich schönes Ferienhaus

Wenn alle Geräte laufen und inklusive Heizung, sind die Stromleitungen überlastet und die Sicherung springen heraus. Das ist das einzigste Manko. Ansonsten ist es sehr schön, super Außenanlage, Super Pool.

Nous avons passés de superbes vacances en famille dans cette magnifique villa. Idéalement située, au calme des bruits de la ville et pour autant à proximité (en voiture quand même) des commerces et activités. La maison est grande et bien agencée avec climatisation dans chaque pièce. La piscine est magnifique, grande et plaisante. L'équipe OCVilla est top, très serviable et disponible, avec un accompagnement pour les bons plans du coin. 4 étoiles seulement car à ce prix là il manque des couverts, plats, verres et assiettes, trop peu nombreux pour recevoir, le lave-vaisselle est en fin de vie et le frigo ferme assez difficilement, seuls bémols pour nous.

Lovely villa, spacious, clean, perfect with children.

Loved the villa, the complex on which it is situated could do with some work, lots of empty villas and unfinished building work. Very spacious, clean and tidy. Good location for Albufiera, 25 mins away from Vilamoura which we preferred. Great sized pool and outdoor space for us with young children.
