  • Villa Falesia Mar is the perfect choice if you are looking for a spacious large villa with a private pool. With 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and bright contemporary interiors, it's the perfect choice for large families or groups. The villa Is ideally located just 800 yards from Falesia Beach, known to be one of the finest beaches in the Algarve with incredible red cliffs. You'll be within walking distance from the center of Aldeia de Açoteias, with several shops, restaurants, and a mini market. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, pool heating, and WiFi are included.

    Set in the heart of Acoteias, you'll be within walking distance of a number of restaurants, shops, and a mini-market. This 6-bedroom detached villa is a beach lovers' paradise, with only a 10-minute stroll downhill from Falesia Beach. This stretches 3 miles along the beautiful shoreline with stunning high cliffs and soft golden sand. What's more, this villa is a perfect choice for golf lovers; a 10-minute walk uphill or a short drive away is the spectacular Pine Cliffs 18-hole golf course with great sea views. For a more social atmosphere visit the nearby resorts of Vilamoura and Albufeira, where you can take your pick from the bars and restaurants that look out over the glitzy yachts.

    Main pool: 10 x 8.5 mtr, 1 - 2 mtr depth.

    Pool heating is not available during July and August.

    Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.

    Albufeira Municipal Tourist Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 13 and over, for the first 7 nights. No charge from 1 November to 31 March. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

We were a family group of 10 adults. The location was good, with a supermarket and a few restaurants only a very short walk away. A taxi into Albufeira cost about €10. The layout of the villa was good, with plenty of room both inside and out. Bedrooms all a decent size, with nice en-suites. We enjoyed the pool, although the garden is quite enclosed meaning quite a bit of it didn’t get much sun. Plenty of loungers and other seating. For a premium property of this size, and for the price paid, we would usually expect there to be some basic toiletries and cleaning equipment; but there was nothing, not even basic hand wash or dish wash liquid/sponge. Also, the quality of bed mattresses and pillows was not great. Mattresses were extremely firm with thin tops, meaning you could feel the springs underneath. Pillows had very little support. Although we did enjoy our stay, I don’t think we’d use the villa again.

We absolutely loved this villa and would definitely stay here again. It's in a great location. Quiet but only a short walk to a supermarket, restaurants and shops. We were a family of seven adults and two children. The villa is huge and gave everyone privacy when needed. The only slight negative (and this wouldn't stop me staying here again) is that if everyone wants to shower at the same time, the water will run cold before the last two or three people have had a chance to jump in! This is only a small thing and definitely wouldn't stop us staying here again; but next time we would definitely spread out our showers!! We have actually tried to book for 2027 but our dates aren't available. Albufeira is lovely. We stayed June 2026.
