The villa features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms across two floors: one suite on each floor, plus two additional double bedrooms, offering comfort, privacy, and flexibility for families or groups of friends.



The large living room is perfect for relaxing and spending time together, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in all bedrooms, television, and a washing machine. For families with young children, a crib and high chair are also available.



Outside, you will find a private garden, two covered terraces, a balcony, and a private outdoor pool for your exclusive use. Pool heating is available on request for an extra charge. The property also offers an outdoor barbecue area and a ping pong table, perfect for enjoying time together.



For your convenience, the villa has 2 private parking spaces in front of the house, plus additional street parking. Beach towels are provided, and towels and bed linen are changed weekly. Events are not permitted on the property.
