The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and features two bedrooms with 160 cm beds, plus a third bedroom with 140 cm bed. One room has air conditioning while the others have fans. There are two bathrooms, an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, and a separate workspace with laundry facilities.

Outside, guests can relax by the private pool, enjoy outdoor dining, or make use of the BBQ area. A rollaway bed for a child can also be provided upon request.
