Very helpful front desk staff,especially Lucy. responded to last minute request to set room up as twin.
Very nice room and all in excellent condition. However,It had an interconnecting door to room 209 that was a real problem due to late noise,to 3 am,from the occupants.
We will stay there again,but need to be able to specify this matter in the reservation system.

We had a family room and the additional bedroom really helped with space. The accommodation is very well located as it is on a quiet road, but also very handy for the Arlington Row as well as a lovely pub called the Catherine Wheel.
The food by Ricardo was lovely. The granola was a particular favourite amongst the family.
Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and wouldn't hesitate returning in future!

We visited the 21st of November and we loved it. We arrived a bit earlier than expected and check in wasnt until 3.30 but there were no problems with using the spa area before hand. Thank you to the man who helped us on the front desk he was lovely. Spa- changing rooms were clean and spacious. Towels ...
