Based on guest needs, two pull-out single beds can also be added to two of the bedrooms, perfect for larger families or groups traveling together.

Old Luss Road is easily accessible from Glasgow and central Scotland via the A82, one of Scotland’s most scenic routes.
- From Glasgow: Take the M8 west, then join the A82 northbound toward Dumbarton/Loch Lomond.
- Continue following signs for Balloch. Once in Balloch, follow signs for Loch Lomond Shores and turn onto Old Luss Road.
- Free and paid parking is available nearby depending on your accommodation.
By Train:
- Take a direct train from Glasgow Queen Street to Balloch Station (approx. 50 minutes).
- From Balloch Station, it’s about a 10–15 minute walk to Old Luss Road. Taxis are also available at the station if you have luggage.
By Bus:
- Several local bus routes serve Balloch from surrounding towns like Alexandria, Dumbarton, and Helensburgh.
- The Scottish Citylink and McGill’s bus services stop at Balloch or nearby.
By Air:
