Was die Reinigung angeht, so hätte Gary dies sofort in Ordnung gebracht. Sauberkeit ist uns für alle unsere Gäste sehr wichtig. Was Ihre Bemerkung über die Couch auf dem Balkon angeht, so wurde der Sockel anscheinend von den vorherigen Gästen leicht beschädigt. Es waren Kissen auf diesem Möbel, so dass es für Gary nicht offensichtlich war. Wenn Sie ihm Bescheid gesagt hätten, hätte er die Reparatur sofort durchführen lassen. Wir haben erstklassige Betten gekauft, und es tut mir leid, dass Sie das Gefühl hatten, sie seien zu hart für Sie. Es freut mich jedoch, dass Ihr Urlaub dann doch noch perfekt war. Burgau ist ein schöner Urlaubsort.

Sylvie je suis ravi que vous ayez aimé votre court séjour dans notre appartement. Il est certainement spacieux et ensoleillé. Nous ne fournissons pas automatiquement un service de nettoyage quotidien car cela augmenterait le coût de nos clients.
