A great area to stay in and a good sea view room. Good buffet breakfast. The only downside was the fact that we overlooked a derelict hotel as well as the lovely sea view!

Good hotel for a short winter break in Quarteira. Good breakfast, close walk to the beach. Parking close to the property might be an issue at times.

Lovely hotel, great breakfast and close to the beach. Would have been nice to have complimentary coffee, or as a minimum two cups to allow use of the kettle provided.

The hotel was a little run down. Pool was closed; No plug stopper in the bathroom; shower holder was broken; pillows uncomfortable.

There is a bit smell of dump in reception area we were unsure who we neede to raise it and thought it is only small issue among many good things but enough to spoil those goods. Beautiful country and wheather we like to come back!!!

The room was supposed to have central AC but it was not working for a week when we arrived, so there was a portable AC in the room which was super loud and noisy, whith a duct going out of the only window in the room, and there was no AC at all in the hallway of 7th floor and it was very hot and humid! The room I paid for was supposed to be sea view, the room we got had a window with the adjacent tall hotel building and a only a small sliver of the sea in the far and even that was blocked by the portable AC, To be honest, the hotel or expedia should refund me as none of the items I paid for were delivered

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Hotel room was small but clean. Only issue is that it is beside a rundown hotel.

The room was lovely and so were the staff. Breakfast was quite filling. There was a pool and sauna too. The beach is a long strip and 2 minutes away from the hotel. I'll be back.

The big issue: We had an ant problem where there were countless ants near the room door and all over our bathroom. Thankfully not near the bed area. I went to reception in the morning and was told someone would go and sort it out. When we came back at lunch you could smell that something had been sprayed but there were even more ants than before so I went back to reception. I'm going to give them the benefit of doubt that it was a language barrier for their translation but I was first questioned whether there were ants and I was told someone would come up with me which I had no issue showing. I was also told it was probably because I left foot out in the area. It's not my style to eat food in the bath or on the toilet so not the case. A lady came up who I'm guessing is the head cleaner and was lovely. She seemed shocked by how many ants. The maintenence guy then came to fill up some of the holes in the floor and walls but didnt do the hole behind the bath which I said most were coming from. We went out for tea whilst they were doing this and came back to find more ants again in the bathroom. After wasting too many hours that day, had some bites on legs and given the receptionist did not want to move us room (maybe all the rooms have ants) even after multiple complaints of ants we decided to not complain AGAIN as we were also leaving the next day. Overall: Its a 4 star hotel (not sure how) that is in dire need of someone with a paint brush

There was an awful smell in the bathroom, the reception staff moved us to a brand new room. The design of the hotel rooms is such that the rooms get quite warm & humid. This wouldn't have been an issue if the air con was functioning properly. Otherwise we did have a good time at the hotel, hotel staff are helpful.

When i reported to the desk clerk Andre that both the patio door and front door were not locking properly and slight force applied could allow entry he replied " dont worry this is a safe country". The toilet handle was broken and television was not working. Terrible internet service. He also Andre refused to give me another room. A real ass! Andre should be fired. Next day I got another room from . When i asked to speak with the manager i was told he was only there on Mondays. What???

Very reasonable for the price during off season. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The shower and sink did drain slowly but not too big of an issue. They were working on the gym and sauna area so those were not available for use. I enjoyed the pool although it is not heated so may be too cold for some. I asked for an electric kettle and it was quickly provided by the helpful staff. Overall a good place to stay right near the sea front. The hotel could use some upgrades which I feel they are working on.

First we were put in a room with a portable noisy air conditioner that wasn’t even plugged in. Then we were moved in a room on 1st floor, riddled with roaches coming out of drains and were told we had to sleep in the room until morning when staff came in. Only upside was that they moved us up to a room in the top floor the next morning. Biggest downside was that we never got a reply from management for the whole 14 days we were there offering an apology after enduring the first night of sleepless hell there. Would not recommend this hotel in the future. We only stayed there the whole time because there were no other rooms available anywhere else for that entire stay.

Staff were excellent and breakfast was top class with great choices beach was only two minutes walk away as was promenade with a good choice of restaurants pool area wasn't great but didn't matter with beach close by

Within one block of Quarteira beach. Many shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Rooms were nice clean and somewhat spacious. Breakfast was ok with hot choices available as well but quality could be a little better, and was lacking good fruit choices.

No pleasant stay its more 3 star hotel then 4 star
My experience wasn't that pleasant for two people we hav have been given tiny room and cold. Its nothing to do of all photos of the hotel.They have sea view but only 4 rooms per floor. We have to stay all day out because its cold in the room.It good location to the beach but thats it.

the people at the reception are excellent mrs monica and the other forgot her name trhey were very helpful in everything .i recomend them well located , wonderful breakfast

It was a nice room with balcony . As long as all the wi dows were closed there was little toad noise heard but if windows open a lot of traffic noise and fans crom kitchen heard. No coffee/ tea making facilities in room.Apart from this nice hotel and close to beach.

Ok hotel in need of some renovation.
First impression isn't great as the place needs renovation. Some walls need painting, elevator is really small and in need of work to look better. We stayed in a room with seaview, which is nice with a little balcony but you can hear anyone walking by in the hall. Staff is what makes up for this hotel as they are friendly and helpfu. Breakfast is OK nothing special about it. In overall, I would expect more from a 4-star hotel.
