Such a fabulous place to stay!
We had such a wonderful 4 week vacation at this stunning condo apartment in the Algarve. The views and tranquility are extraordinary. Amazing Stay
We just spent a month at this beautiful apartment in a stunning location. Amenities were great, pool area and gym spotless and surrounding gardens were super well maintained. Great mix of owners and guests all of which were super respectful of the space and neighbours. Apartment itself had super comfortable beds, nice furniture, and a wonderful large patio which had both a covered and uncovered section. Marcela, the property manager was great as was the communication with the owners. Walk to 2 beach bars just down the hill. Sandy safe beach was beautiful and water was warm enough to swim in. Hiking paths just outside the door. One of the best places we have ever rented.

Amazing stay, lovely and quiet upscale 2BR-2bath apartment
Beautiful space, location & balcony views of the ocean and pool. My wife was in awe after her first step inside, and sent videos of the apartment & views to all her girlfriends back home. Huge, spacious, clean, great hot water & shower pressure, comfy beds, and very quiet soundproofing. Plentiful free parking. My 2 boys loved having their own beds & room, and loved the pool and grounds. With Intermarche 5 min drive away, we enjoyed self-catering most of our meals. Lovely Porto de Mos beach is a brief walk at bottom of the hill road, or a short drive to parking lot. But honestly we spent our days enjoying Lagos, Benagil, Sagres, Tavira and Saint Luzia/Barril Beach - and we loved returning to the apartment every evening. We'd happily stay here again if we're lucky to return to Lagos/Porto de Mos. We could easily spend a month, not just the 4 nights we did stay between our Lisbon and Evora/Estremoz stays. (And the bottle of welcome wine was a thoughtful touch!)

First time in the Algarve
The property was in a great location to the beach and the hiking path along the cliff with amazing views. Pictures are accurate. The owners took the time to show us around the property/grounds and provided great recommendations for amazing restaurants. The only things we'd recommend would be better quality beach chairs and a small cooler for the beach. We'd absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment with beautiful view
We had an amazing time staying at this lovely apartment. The owners were extremely nice and helpful, which made the stay very special. The check-in process was very smooth. The unit is very spacious and has a great view. The attention to detail and cleanliness was much appreciated. The grounds are immaculate and the trail is right off the front side of the property so you can walk the cliffs either a short walk to Porto do Mós beach or the other direction to Luz. The beds are very comfortable and the unit is nicely decorated. The apartment really is even better than it looks in the photos. We cannot wait to stay there again soon!

Fabulous Apartment in Porto do Mos
This is a beautiful, modern, comfortable two-bedroom with two bathrooms (one en suite). If you’re in the master bedroom you wake to gorgeous sea views and if you’re in the other one you’re only steps away. It has a very large living area with balcony that runs from the living area to the master bedroom. There is a table for four on the balcony where we had breakfast every morning. As well as a dining table inside also for four. The kitchen is very well appointed we had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to get to from Lagos, yet you’re away from the traffic and noise. If you’re looking for a beautiful place from which you can enjoy the Algarve you couldn’t ask for much more. Great for two couples or a family of four. Try it!

Easter Stay
Thanks so much to Michel & Dominique for letting us use their amazing apartment. The apartment was spotless on arrival and furnished to a really high standard. The floors and kitchen were so clean. Everything we needed was provided and the kitchen is so well stocked with plates, glasses and cutlery. What was really impressive was the additional items such as plastic containers, plastic bags, bin bags and ice blocks.... all the things we usually have to buy in other apartments! The apartment is located in a really quiet and peaceful location with the most amazing view overlooking the cliffs and sea. The excellent Porto de Mos beach is within walking distance and Lagos is just a couple of mins by car or around 4 euros in an Uber. We can't wait to return!

There's no place like home

Wonderful stay, highly recommend!
We had such a wonderful stay at Dominique & Michel’s appartement! The place was very clean, something that is super important to us, and truly felt like home. Just a few minutes walk from the beach, we enjoyed Praia de Porto Mós, the breathtaking views, and some hikes around. Quick 5 minutes car rides (we mainly used Uber) were able to have us enjoy many excellent restaurants downtown Lagos ( Green Room, Case do Prego, The 7 hills, Nah Nah Bah to name a few). Absolutely recommend +++

Dream Vacation Getaway
Dominique and Michel's beautiful home was our dream vacation getaway. Everything was just as wonderful as the pictures we saw, but being there in person was an experience we will never forget. The location is stunningly beautiful and there are spectacular views of the ocean and cliffs from almost every room. An amazing walking path for hiking and biking along the coastline is just outside the door and its a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Algarve. Their home is beautifully appointed both inside and out and we had absolutely everything we needed at hand, with Lagos just a short 5 minute drive away for groceries and anything we wanted to pick up. This was our first trip to the Algarve so we rented a car and took time to drive out to the eastern Algarve (out to Vila Real de San Antonio) as well as exploring further west (Sagres and St. Vincent). We were particularly in awe of the caves, cliffs and beaches of the western Algarve and found Lagos to be perfectly situated for further kayaking and hiking explorations! Without a doubt, we will be returning to the Algarve and can't think of a more wonderful place to stay than Dominique and Michel's. Thank you for helping make our dream vacation come true!

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location
We stayed at the apartment for 15 days and enjoyed every single one of them! - the location is perfect at the edge of Porto do Mos, overlooking the ocean and right next to hiking trails along the coast - the apartment is very nicely appointed, super clean and just beautiful - the building is in pristine condition and offers also a gym as well as indoor and outdoor pools - the hosts are incredibly nice, forthcoming and friendly Dominique and Michel, thanks for having us as your guests and taking such good care of us! What a good place to be!
The appartment is spacious and well equipped. Every room has an air conditioning which works fine. We enjoyed it very much that there was a good supply of towels, not only for the bathroom but for the balcony, the pool and the beach as well. The beach is a 10 minute walk from the appartment. We used the beach umbrella every day. Behind the complex there is a path on top of the cliffs to Luz. I used it for running, but my wife loved to make a walk to Luz and back. The communication with the owner was very good.

Superb apartment, amazing views!
We spent a very relaxing week in the apartment, the views from the lounge, master bedroom and the terrace are the best we’ve ever experienced. We loved the panoramic sea views and the view of the national park so spent much of our time sat out on the terrace taking in the view! Amazing sunsets and sunrises. The apartment interior is of a very high standard and well designed, ever need it met and the owners kindly provide towels for the pool, beach and even sun chairs and parasols. We were very well looked after by Yvonne who greeted us and was available if needed. The owners Dominique and Michel have been extremely helpful and made regular contact before, during and after our stay. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic location
We had a lovely holiday at Porto de mos. The apartment was fantastic and with a great view. It was nearly better than expected. We had high expectations and will not hesitating coming back. Maybe a little earlier to get better use off the outdoor pool. We enjoyed everything and had a wonderful time at the balcony and the wonderful view. The apartment is full equipped for making dinner at home if the guests prefer that. We appreciate that. We can really recommend this to other guests.

Stunning view
If you are looking for a lovely, quiet spot to soak in a perfect, unobstructed view of the water, this condo is for you. If you want to be in the center of nightlife and action, this will not be the right spot. It is a short drive into the lively town of Lagos, but located in a quieter, more remote area. There is a spectacular cliff walk that you can access just outside the gates of the condo, which is perfect for a jog or peaceful walk. The condo community is small, quiet, and geared to couples and families. This unit is spotless, well equipped, and the photos show an accurate picture of the view. The owners and manager were lovely and easy to work with. We had a great week!

Excellent Quality - Great View
This is a high quality property with excellent cleanliness. Modern with all the amenities, lots of room, quality fixtures. Large deck, partially covered, with umbrella, if needed, deck furniture, sweeping pool and ocean view (probably the best view and location of most units within miles). Top floor with elevator. Pool furniture stored on lower level. Small negatives (1) location is away from other services so a car is required (free street parking available in front of unit). Only three restaurants close (Amerizade - French bistro - very good - 3 blocks away, and two seafood restaurants at the beach - both owned by same company - a steep 1/2 mile walk downhill, good but reservations needed), no other stores or facilites close. (2) Both the pool and hot tub outside were not heated and too cold to use in the middle of June, inside pool and hot tub were barely warm and lack atmosphere of being outside on the beautiful Algarve Coast. Despite these small things, my wife and I would still rate this a 5+ property.

Wonderful Holiday!
We loved staying at Michel and Dominique's apartment, it was true luxury with absolutely everything you need for a relaxing, 5 star holiday. The wonderful unspolit sea view made waking up in the morning and also spending time on the spacious balcony a real joy. The apartment is in an ideal location with 2 good beach restaurants a 5 minute walk away with plenty of others to choose from within a short driving distance. Although we did not meet Michel and Dominigue they were excellent communicators, also a big thank you to Yvonne who gave us gave us a warm welcome and initial tour of the property. We would higly recommend this apartment and we ourselves would love to stay again

Fabulous place to stay!
What a fabulous place to stay! We really enjoyed our time here, I wish we could have stayed longer! The accommodation itself is beautiful and so well maintained but the view from the balcony was absolutely amazing and that was my favourite part. Having meals or drinks outside while looking out over the property and the ocean was great. The living area is very modern and the beds comfortable. There were lots of interesting places to walk and it was just a short drive to Lagos or to a grocery store. The person who met us to show us around was very nice and very helpful, he gave us lots of recommendations for things to do while we were staying in the area and was readily available if we had any questions or concerns. The owners were in contact with us during and after our stay to make sure things went well. We really hope to come back to this spot some day, we are from Canada and it was one of our favourite places to stay on our trip to Portugal and Spain.

The Best!
This is a wonderful apartment, complex and location in the Algarve. The owners greeted us and are very pleasant. They provided a helpful walk through of the apartment and complex, both of which were clean and beautiful. As hard as it may be to believe, everything was even nicer than shown in the pictures. The apartment has a lovely large balcony and unbelievable views of the ocean and coast. It was well-equipped and stocked, especially the kitchen. They had a bottle of wine to greet us and provided us with coffee, milk and water. The beds were very comfortable and my wife especially loved the sheets and bedding. The bathrooms were good size and there is a large jacuzzi in one. They provided additional towels for both the pool and beach. The complex was a nice size with maybe only 20 units, all facing the ocean. The apartment was in a building of only (4) apartments which shared their own elevator. The elevator provided easy access to the indoor and outdoor facilities; which we really enjoyed, especially the sauna. Both the complex and apartment felt extremely safe and secure. The location was wonderful. This apartment is right on the bluff overlooking the ocean and coastline with hiking trails that go on for many miles in both directions. We were able to hike west along the coastline to the next town, Luz. In the other direction, it is only a (5) minute walk via the hiking trails or streets, to the beautiful beach with (2) good restaurants. To one side of the complex is a nature reserve with no building allowed. The apartment is on the outskirts of town with little traffic and is very quiet, but only (5) minutes by car to groceries and only a little further to the marina and center of town. Immaculate Apartment.
This apartment suited our needs perfectly and would wholeheartedly recommend it. It's in a cliff top location with views from the terrace out to sea. The terrace has sun loungers, sun chairs and dining table and chairs and is perfect for outdoor dining. If you're self catering it's a five minute drive to a good supermarket and a five minute walk downhill to the beach. If you're not good with hills you can drive to the beach where there's a big free car park. If you like walking there are wonderful cliff top walks to Luz in one direction and Lagos in the other. Check in and out was perfectly easy. We were met on site by the owners rep who explained everything we needed to know. The apartment has its own sun loungers by the pool, no more early starts to bag them with your towel. I am picky about where I stay and there really is nothing to fault here. The apartment is only a couple of years old and is maintained to a very high standard as are the grounds, pool, gym and indoor pool. Your really need a car here. On street parking is safe and readily available right outside the apartment. We found the atmosphere of the complex very peaceful, it's in a quiet area with no noise at night. Don't just read this, BOOK IT !

Superb!
There is a real wow factor as you walk into this beautiful apartment. Everything is immaculate and of high quality. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds, the master bed even has a view of the ocean! Large spacious terrace with great views of the ocean and the beautifully kept gardens and pool. We have just spent five weeks there and it was a real home from home. Being winter you needed heat at night and this was available with just the push of a button and instantly warm. Michel and Dominique are very caring owners and although they were not in residence were always at the other end of the telephone and ever ready to answer your queries.

Great holiday!
The facilities are very good and Dominic and Michel are great hosts. They are very proud in what they have achieved and want that they guests have the best experience possible. If there is only one thing that can be improved is regarding to the cleaning during the stay as the house was spotless when we arrived. In my opinion the apartment should be clean every 4 days and the bed linen and towels changed (we have stayed 11 days and nothing was changed). Will stay there again!!! Diogo, Sofia, Ines and Vasco

We believe there is a misunderstanding and we just wish to specify the following to our guests : Our rental agreement mentions that a weekly housekeeping service is provided for a stay of at least 14 days. In practice, we are much more flexible and offer a mid-term service for stays over 10 days if the guests do not mind to be disturbed. In the particular case, we have been in direct contact with the family several times during their stay and have each time asked if everything was ok and also replied immediately to a request they had, but the question of additional service was not raised. Otherwise, we would have done it with pleasure. So we are sorry again for the misunderstanding.

Great Apartment with very helpful owners
The apartment is brilliant and the sea view is great. It is just a three minute walk to the beach, which has one really good value restaurant and you have the perfect base for your holiday. Being a 5 minute drive from Lagos meant there was easy access to the marina and all the shops and restaurants that surround it. Highlight for me had to be watching the sunset from the top of the Foia mountain. Finally Michel and Dominique were really helpful even when it came to the most random of things they had some really useful advice, they put a lot of effort in to make our stay as comfortable as possible including finding a space to store the bikes that we hired.

New, modern, clean and quite
The hosts were wonderful and the apartment was really gorgeous. The beach is only a 3 min walk away. We definitely enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!

Dream vacation
We are veteran vacation renters with homeaway, and this is by far the very best place we have rented in 9 years of beach vacations! Everything is as described and pictured - and more! Michel and Dominique are absolutely delightful hosts (they spent about an hour upon our arrival showing us around), and they have anticipated every need: for instance, there are dedicated towels for the beach, for the pool and for the house, beach chairs and umbrella, lounge chairs for the pool and for the terrasse. All the apartment amenities (a/c, linens, appliances, TV) are top of the line. The apartment is very roomy, the private terrasse is huge, and we dined al fresco pretty much every meal, enjoying the view of the landscaped gardens, the cliffs, and the sea beyond, with nice sea breezes to cool us down. The complex is small and quiet, and all residents are extremely respectful so it never felt crowded (it was still child-friendly though), and the view is simply outstanding. The beach is amazing, golden sands and spectacular cliffs, and an easy 5-minute walk from the apartment. We enjoyed a lovely meal at Antonio's on the beach. We took long walks on the cliffs and enjoyed the old town of Lagos. We enjoyed having a car (off-street parking was always available and felt safe), to go grocery shopping and take small trips to other neighboring towns (Salema is worth a visit) or other beaches (Do Camilo is stupendous, but gets crowded fast; Meia Praia is nice if you like uninterrupted long stretches of white beach with few waves) but taxis are extremely cheap in Portugal, so it could be possible to make do without. We are already thinking about going back next year!

Sehr schönes 5*-Apartment
Wir haben uns nach dem freundlichen Empfang von Marcella gefühlt, als seien wir „nach Hause“ gekommen. Das Apartment ist sehr gepflegt (vielen Dank auch nochmal an Vera), die Betten sind sehr gut, die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll und elegant. Den wundervollen Blick vom Balkon vermissen wir jetzt schon. Vielen Dank an Dominique und Michel für die sehr gute Betreuung. Wir hatten eine wunderbare und sehr erholsame Zeit. Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist ein Traum. Die Lage, die Einrichtung, der Ausblick vom Balkon. Einfach fantastisch. Die Betten sind sehr sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Paradies mit Meerblick
Sowohl die Anlage als auch das Apartment sind sehr gepflegt. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt. Man hat uneingeschränkten Meerblick. Es ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch, ein Ort der Entspannung und Entschleunigung. Das Apartment ist modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Das einzig negative war der nicht sehr gute Schallschutz im Gebäude. Wenn die Nachbarn rücksichtsvoll sind, ist das kein Problem. Bei lauten und rücksichtslosen Nachbarn ist es störend( wir hatten die letzten zwei Tage zwei sehr laute Nachbarn). Das wird jedoch wohl eher die Ausnahme sein. Wir können das Apartent und die Anlage allen Gästen sehr empfehlen!!!

Sehr schönes Apartment mit traumhaftem Ausblick
Wir haben uns im Apartment sehr wohlgefühlt. Michel & Dominique sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Absolutes Highlight ist natürlich der Ausblick und die Lage.
