Check in was quick and efficient, receptionist was friendly and helpful. We were shown to our apartment which was clean and well equipped. Complimentary bottle of wine and bottle of water was a nice touch. Nice balcony overlooking heated swimming pool. Close to several eateries and supermarket. Very reasonably priced and would recommend.

Big comfortable apartment.
Big comfortable 2-bedroom apt. Well furnished and equipped. Check-in was smooth and fast. Reception even explained what to do around the area. Good WiFi plus free parking and swimming pool. Only downside we came in December and most eating places closed for the low season. Nice place and easy access to attractions.

By the beach
Location is excellent. Sagres has many beach, port, cafes, restaurants and surf shops. Tonel is good for families. Great pool and surrounds. Our apartment was more a room with a kettle/coffee maker. Luckily we ate out.

Who builds a hotel in a hot country without air con, it was horrendous trying to get to sleep, 2am i was booking another hotel online, couldn't wait to get out of there.

Emplacement parfait, tout près de la plage. On a pu louer des vélos tout près. Il faudrait mentionner la gentillesse de la dame qui nous accueilli. Vraiment bien.

Für Surfer gut geeignet
Die Anlage liegt nicht weit vom Strand entfernt und ist eher für junge Menschen geeignet. Surfer fühlen sich hier wohl. Vor der Eingangstür standen viele Plastikflaschen , die kein schönes Bild abgaben.

Die Anlage ist im Grunde ganz in Ordnung - einigermaßen gut gewartet und direkt gegenüber vom Strand. Allerdings auch recht spartanisch ausgestattet, sehr sehr hellhörig, es riecht leicht muffig und der Blick von den Balkonen ist nicht sehr schön.

Chambre réservée vue jardin, nous étions au dessus d un parking poussiéreux. Propre certes, mais le nettoyage du comptoir en marbre de la cuisine avait ete oublié. La décoration est effrayante, datée 70'. Odeur de vieille poussière, la salle de bains est extrêmenent vieille. Le lit d appoint est défoncé. En résumé, appartement spacieux mais trop viellot pour le prix, excessif. un grand besoin de rénovation.

Zowel hotel als plaats niet doen, beide vergane glorie! We kwamen om 14:30 uur aan bij het hotel en stonden aan een gesloten deur, de receptie bleek gesloten tot 15:00 uur. Er is geen bar/terras waar je iets kunt drinken tijdens het wachten. Om 14:55 kwam de receptioniste aangereden en na ingecheckt te hebben op naar de kamer. Deze bleek totaal niet overeen te komen met de foto's op de website! Op de website staan waarschijnlijk foto's van appartementen en wij blijken achteraf een 2-persoonskamer geboekt te hebben. Nergens staat duidelijk het verschil uitgelegd en ook de naam van het hotel doet vermoeden dat het enkel appartementen zijn. De 2-persoonskamers zijn dus niet voorzien van een keukentje. Ook hebben deze geen zithoekje maar een oude krakkemikkige stoel. De kamer is sterk verouderd en totaal versleten. De bedden stonden zelfs scheef op zijn poten. De verlichting op de kamer was onvoldoende, 1 lampje op het nachtkastje tussen de beide bedden en een plafondlamp die goedkoop blauwig licht uitstraalt. De badkamer was veel te klein. Erg veilig was het ook niet zo was er geen rookmelder aanwezig in de kamer en het stopcontact hing los uit de muur. Ik ben me er van bewust dat je voor deze prijs geen luxe kamer kan verwachten maar zo slecht en gehorig als dit nog niet eerder meegemaakt! Een kamer in een hotel en een plaats waar je niet wilt verblijven! Alleen voor surfers heeft deze plaats je misschien nog iets te bieden.

Llegamos a las 19:30. La recepción estaba cerrada (aunque habían dejado unos carteles con instrucciones para los que llegábamos ese día, y las llaves puestas en la puerta). El apartamento olía mucho a humedad. El wifi solo funcionaba en la terraza. Menaje algo obsoleto.

Hotel muy cerca de la playa de tonel
Apartahotel un poco antiguo, pero muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario (tostadora, horno, microhondas, secador de pelo, terraza, etc). Muy interesante si quieres practicar deportes de agua, ya que te puedes bajar a la playa de tonel desde el hotel con el neopreno puesto. En general se está muy cómodo.
