The villa
Overall, The stay was lovely being in the hills of Portugal. Although, the villa was tired and some of the furniture wasn’t suitable for use. Including the shower doors and bedroom doors. The pool wasn’t excellent and a good size. I would suggest the location isn’t accurate and EXTREMELY hard to locate.

The worst ever
This property is not as advertised. This property is bad. If the owners do not put money into it they should not be allowed to rent. David the caretaker did try a little bit but really it needs an overhaul. The kitchen basically need pulling out the cupboard are falling apart, big holes in the doors and cupbaords, the door handle doesnt work. The kitchen sink is hanging off, its dirty. The kitchen is not fit for purpose. The furntiure in the house is ither ripped or borken, the beds are horrible. not enough to accomadte for the people advertised at all. not enought bedding beds or pillows infact we had to go and buy some bedding terrible. the ones that are there so old falling apart and smelly.. The futon is mouldy and stained. The picutes on the wall have broken frames. The furntire outside are broken or snapped. The swin is shown on the pics as brand new they are faded and snapped and borne not able to use. The pool needs sealing as the sharp edges the children kept cutting themselves on the sharp edges. The pool pump only turns on every so often i can only assume to save money. The to top it all off the internet and tv just go off midweek so didnt get any tv or internet for half the week. The road up to the villa is really bad but dont suppose that can be solved but i got stuck several times its really unsafe. I would say this holiday home is not as advertised and unless the put money into it should not be open for visiotrs to stay. Portugal however i found wonderful such friendly people happy to speak english and accomdate anything you want. The place is lovely and id suggest with children def visiting zoo marine and slide and splash. weather amazing. shame about the holiday home. I read the reviews but thought they still getting bookings maybe it better, its really not do not book. i have stayed all over the world in many places many prices but this is so not worth any money at present.

The holiday was our first in ten year so big expectations
The weather was great the area is very nice. The villa on the other hand is tired and in need of up date. The road to the villa is very uneven and the hire car took a battering getting in and out. This house is advertised as 0.3km from Faro. That's a blatant lie over 12km from the air port. You need to hire a car. And I recommend its a 4 wheel drive for the road to the house. We made the best of the situation and the area and the people are welcoming. I would recommend getting in touch with David Q, with out him our would have been a lot worse. He was very helpful and a pleasure to meet. The owned need to step up and be honest and update the house and sort the road out. The a villa pictures are miss leading. We will be going back to the Faro area to explore more. Michael

VACANCE REPOSANTE
Jolie Maison avec un bel extérieur. Concernant les équipements intérieur la gazinière marche très mal(le grand feu ne marche pas) un frigo qui ne refroidit pas beaucoup (compliqué pour 8 personnes) .Un réactualisation des équipements serait un plus. De plus on ne peut pas dire que la maison est climatisé avec juste une clim (en l'occurrence qui ne marché pas) dans la salle. Les chambres plaçaient à l'opposés sont très chaude et ce n'est pas agréable pour dormir. De plus beaucoup de chiens aboient pendant tout les nuits.

Maison au calme très bien équipée avec une très grand piscine bien exposée.
Super location, au calme, grande et très bien equipee. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Les propriétaires étaient toujours disponibles. Il y a aux alentours un supermarché "jafer" assez bien achalandé. Il faut prévoir une voiture pour visiter un peu la région. Albufeira et Quateira sont à visiter. Petit bémol sur la plaque de cuisson qui est vraiment en fin de vie.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit Pool
Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat eine schöne Terasse mit großen, eigenem Pool. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und man kann sich dort wunderbar erholen. Einzig die Küche wirkte ein wenig heruntergekommen und auch die Sauberkeit in dieser ließ zu wünschen übrig. Bis zum Strand nach Fuseta fährt man ca. eine halbe Stunde. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte reibungslos.

Belle villa mais a rafraîchir
Belle maison avec beaucoup de potentiel, mais il faudrais la rafraîchir un peu . Il ya quelque point à revoir ( piscine très glissante, propreté de la salle bain qui était boucher, et j'en passe , les couchages ne sont pas pour 8 adultes 4 adultes, 4 enfants , climatisation ne refroidis pas .) Point positif calme , de la place pour se garer, jolie jardin extérieur. Maison avec un très gros potentiel mais qui est a revoir . Je la recommande seulement si vous pas exigeant du tout .

Merci pour votre commentaire. Nous tiendrons compte de votre évaluation. Nous remodelons constamment la maison pour toujours mieux servir nos clients. En ce qui concerne la salle de bain qui est fermée à clé (avec cadenas), la même sert à aider l'équipe de nettoyage, n'est pas à l'usage des clients. Par rapport à l'observation des lits, la description qui est sur le site est ce qui existe réellement. Il sert pour 8 personnes. Cordialement

Voltávamos a esta casa... Só com um frigorífico novo
A casa é exatamente como anunciada. O exterior da casa é muito bom. O anfitrião é muito atencioso. Apesar do interior da casa precisar de ser remodelado (especialmente a cozinha), não ficámos desapontados porque o objectivo era passar umas férias descansados e foi o que aconteceu. O caminho de terra batida até à casa podia ser alcatroado mas não é crítico. A única crítica que tenho a dar é que o frigorífico e congelador são MUITO pequenos para 8 pessoas, além do frigorífico ser muito fraco (não refresca o suficiente) e por isso éramos obrigados a ir às compras todos os dias. Voltariamos a esta casa para o ano, mas só se o frigorífico e congelador fossem alterados para maior e melhor. Tirando isto, foi uma boa estadia.

La maison a des lits pour 8 personnes. Comme toutes les maisons de Santa Barbara de Nexe, l'accès à la maison est de 100 m, la route n'est pas goudronnée. C'EST UNE MAISON DE CAMPAGNE AVEC PISCINE PRIVÉE POUR FAMILLES!

Un grand besoin de rénovations pour cette maison
Maison au calme avec un très jolie jardin , l’acces Y est rendu difficile par un chemin de terre très endommagé , même en xtrail on y vas sur des œufs . Une fois arrivé la déception, l’état de la maison ! l’aspect général des lieux! chapeau au passage pour la qualité des photos qui nous ont vendu du rêve ! Le ménage fait de tél manière à ne surtout pas salir le chiffon et user le balais ! Enfin bref décider quand même a passé de bonnes vacances nous faisons abstraction de cela , c’était sans compté sur la douche de l’etage Complètement bouché nous avons essayés différents acides mais rien n’en venait about ! Nous avons contacter le gardien David personne charmente et disponible qui nous avait indiquez déjà avoir essayer également avec des produits mais sans succès ! Le précédent locataire s’etait Déjà plaint ! Inadmissible !! Compte tenu du tarif nous avons dû faire à 6 avec une unique baignoire ! Aucun plombier disponible selon le Gardien ! Attention à l’etat De la piscine vieillissante avec un revêtement en carrelage , seulement dans la descente à la jonction de la pente ce même carrelage est rendu très coupant par l’usure et le manque d’entretien , une simple résine pourrait réglé le problème , idem aux niveaux des trois escaliers pour y rentré ! Nous nous sommes tous coupé pieds mains et genoux .. Enfin bref desçu car même si nous n’allons pas en vacances pour y vivre enfermé l’acces A ce type de villa participe aux charmes des vacances et je dois avouez que les prestations n’étaient pas aux rendez vous ! Un grand merci au gardien David qui était parfait .

Points positifs : - la piscine est assez grande - endroit calme - grand salon climatisée Points négatifs : - état général de la villa vieillissant - problème avec deux WC sur trois + la douche dans la chambre du haut qui ne s'écoule pas - le menage n'était pas fait en arrivant - le mur d'une chambre en bas est totalement poreux - le chemin d'accès à la villa est en terre sur 300m (sans 4x4 difficile de ne pas abimer la voiture de location)

Maison bien située jardin et piscine très agréables mais beaucoup de poussière et d humidité lorsqu'on est arrivé le soleil à réchauffé les murs mais la femme de ménage devrait être changé car la maison est super bien mais mériterait un ménage plus en profondeur

Un peu difficile d'accès mais 1 fois arrivé, un havre de paix.
Extérieurement très jolie,intérieurement un peu viellot mais pour 8 jours de vacances au soleil,suffisant. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme et la tranquillité. Nous sommes ravi d'avoir pu visiter cette belle région et ces habitants super gentils. L'Algarve est magnifique surtout côté Espagne.

Maison humide et froide pour cette saison. Peinture défraichie. Literie moyenne.
Bel aspect à première vue mais un bon coup de rafraîchissement ferait du bien. Murs salpetreux et humides. Matelas très moyens. Chauffage insuffisant.

Merci pour votre commentaire Comme je l'avais signalé la maison était occupée 6 mois et l'hiver était très strict. Avec un hiver normal, la maison ne serait pas froide et n'aurait pas d'humidité. La maiison n'avait pas le temps de se réchauffer ou de laisser l'humidité hivernale
