"First and foremost, what stood out the most during our stay was the incredible customer service and care. From the moment we arrived, every single staff member we interacted with from the managers and front desk team to the restaurant staff on the patio and in the lounge, was absolutely outstanding. They were consistently warm, helpful, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. While we did encounter a few hiccups at check-in and with our initial room, the staff handled everything with such professionalism and genuine care. They worked hard to make things right, and in the end we were very happy with the rooms we stayed in. Beyond that, the overall atmosphere of the hotel was lovely, and our experience across the property was truly great. The combination of excellent service and thoughtful attention to detail left us with a very positive impression of our stay in Porto. I wish I could remember all of their names but I lost my note card during the travels home so I apologize."

"Clean rapacious room for being in Portugal. Friendly staff. Amazing rooftop terrace with views. Preferred a better location but still walkable to shops and restaurants within 15 min at least. Our train arrived at 10am, we were expecting to drop off luggage. Upon arrival, the rooms were ready, but they charged a 10 euro fee for early check in— I feel that’s the only main cons for the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel. "

"Balcony room overlooking the square was very nice; Very easy shower to figure out. Front desk staff always attentive and quick with answers. Hotel is in great location for walking everywhere. Parking around the corner is dicey to find the first time and $23/day, but manageable. Breakfast buffet is loaded with lots of stuff for everyone. Subway right outside the door if you need that. Can't nickpick anything."
