Our stay at this property was awful, the staff were rude and very unhelpful. The spa facilities were all closed due to renovations but this was not stated anywhere when booking or even when we checked in, we were only made aware when we went to the spa area and were told it was all closed apart from the swimming pool. We specifically went to this hotel for the spa facilities which we couldn’t use. Then upon trying to cancel our booking due to this issue we were told we would have to pay two nights stay even though we had just checked in half an hour prior to deciding we wanted to change hotel. This experience completely ruined our short 3 day break and we will not be using this hotel again. I would however book through Expedia again as the manager I spoke to did his best to resolve and alleviate the issue

The hotel is in a perfect place, between the marina and a beach. Lovely views. Close to everything important. Staff at reception very helpful. Cleaning staff really nice. We found only 2 bad points. Every morning between I think 7 and 8 am they were starting cleaning the rooms and moving things around making noise. But more annoying was when we noticed, we didn't get new towels but they put the old ones in the places as they were new. I don't mind keeping the same towels for the whole stay as there is no need to get new ones every day. But I kept my 3 towels on 2 hangers in the bathroom. my mom kept hers somewhere else. but after cleaning the room all the towels were kept as they put the new ones so all mixed up! The only way we found out the correct bath towels was that my mum split some soap on hers last night and it left a blue mark. we couldn't figure out the rest towels. I just think that the cleaning staff should leave the towels as they were so everyone knows what belongs to who. other than that. all was perfect
