"My brief weekend trip to Maastricht was made even more special by the kindness and efforts of Francine during my stay in her lovely home to ensure that I enjoyed my stay. It is everything and more than the photos and description can indicate. She even loaned me one of her bikes so I could go to an afternoon appointment nearby. I will look forward to returning to enjoy this lovely spot again!"

"Séjour très agréable, Rob est un hôte très agréable et il a des talents de cuisiner qui faut impérativement tester dans le restaurant dont il est le chef qui se trouve au rdc. Parfois on aimerait garder les bonnes adresses pour soi mais Rob mérite vraiment d’être connu. J’aurai voulu pouvoir goûter tout ce qui est à la carte mais ce sera pour une prochaine fois. "Prima verblijf tijdens de kerst. Alles aanwezig om een 6 gangen kerstdiner van de plaatselijke cateraar te bereiden. Netflix, youtube en Ziggo app werkten prima. Lekker chillen. Om nog eens te doen!"

"We were celebrating our children’s graduation, and this cozy spot was perfect for a home base to explore the whole region. Everything was very clean and orderly, no broken fixtures. "Smartflats just allocated me a flat outside of my desired location, without my knowledge and consent. I was left without where to stay and I was fully charged for it. Please be aware that they can change your research city without informing you. On top of that additional charges will be done to the credit cards without consent. So the value shown is much lower than what is charged in total. A full trap! "

"The property was not clean. In particular the shower had black mould. There were stains on the window cills. There was a loose socket in the bedroom, But most of all the cleaning staff turned up 15 mins before we were due to check out and were rude and unpleasant. We left punctually at 11am as agreed and the cleaning staff promptly sat down and had their lunch in the apartment living room"
