"As soon as we walked in to the hotel there was a weird smell of chlorine. The hotel was situated around a building site. The rooms were a good size but one room the climate control didn’t work and felt like a sauna, and staff were unable to rectify the situation."

"The room was clean but the bed was very noisy and blanket was very thin for a very cold room. Also, there was no soap in the shower. Again, the common area of the property was very nice for a hostel. But I found the restaurant to be a bit expensive for the hostel."

"The houseboat was comfortable and our host was so friendly and accommodating. While we loved our stay, it's worth noting that the location is further from the city centre than we had expected and amenities like the washroom are not what we expected (cannot flush toilet paper and very small shower). We did not mind this being avid campers, but figured its worth noting for other people who may want more comfortable features for their vacation. "

"We skipped the breakfast which we had included in our price, because there were MICE running around. The place should not been operating with a rodent problem like this."
