Affordable, free parking, within reasonable driving distance to Amsterdam and the airport. Staff was very friendly! Would recommend.

If you have a car, it is a very nice and affordable alternative to staying closer to Amsterdam. In a business park area, not too many restaurant or shopping options, but great on-site breakfast.

Excellent staff made welcome form the moment of booking in. We had made a special request regarding the room and it was met exactly, good customer support and showed the read the request and actioned it. Andres was very good on the desk at our check in and every time that we say him in either bar or desk. The other desk staff, I apologise for not catching names, all did give very good service and we really enjoyed our stay. Parking was easy and free. Thank you.

We stayed here to attend the Floriad festival nearby. The hotel was clean.and quiet and the staff very helpful. We used public transport to get to the hotel from the airport and into Amsterdam. It has a bus stop very close and from here you can access the trains, trams or metro. All very easy.

Hotel is a little way outside amsterdam but with good transport connections to there. We stayed here because was close to floriade which was the purpose of our visit.hotel was very clean staff very friendly and helpful.good variety of food for breakfast and free coffee and tea 24hours.bed was really comfy and shower good

All was perfect
The hotel was very good value. A car is a must as it's a little too far to the town centre and apart from a garage nearby, there is nowhere to go out and eat. Staff were excellent, both very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel, especially if a comfortable night is required during a long journey.

Great hotel - shame about the climate damage.
Very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Great room and breakfast. Over-enthusiastic cleaners who don't know about letting people re-use towels, despite the little signs in the room. Also like to clean the room while you're at breakfast - leaving the floor wet, and making you wait outside while they finish if you come back too quickly. Also the automatic bathroom light means power wasted while bathroom empty, and TV turns on automatically when you enter the room whether you want it or not - more energy wastage.

Good experience
Overall it was a good stay. However, being an Accor member, i have stayed in various Ibis accommodation and always had an electric kettle in the room. Unfortunately it was not found here, even after asking receptionist twice. He did not even bother to tell us that he did not manage to find one. Ultimately, we had to buy one ourselves.

Tea and coffee
The hotel and staff were excellent and very helpful. My only suggestion would be to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Coffee and tea is available free from the dining room downstairs. It would have been better to start the day with a cup of tea in bed. Also a small fridge to chill drinks and keep medication. Everything was so clean and fresh.

The staff were very friendly. I didn't like the fact the the heating was not working and they never informed me. At first I asked for a extra blanket. The next night I had 3 blankets on my bed. They provided an electric heater but it was still cold. I stayed there 8 days and nights in unpleasant conditions.

Dear Cynthia, First of all we want to thank you for staying with us. Unfortunately we have tried everything in our power to provide you our best service possible. You have made a booking with us earlier, which you have cancelled due to the pandemic. Later on, you made a new reservation via Expedia and the prices were higher. Rates are cumulative, they are increasing and decreasing as we explained. Since you were so upset and were crying in our lobby, our staff member tried to help you and gave you a refund of more than €180,- back as a very very very high exception also.. after missing your flight. This was in the beginning of your stay! Our hotel rooms are +20sqm but as you did not like the standard room, we provided you with a free upgrade to a more luxury room. We tried everything to let you enjoy your stay, providing blankets and buying an extra heater for you as you were cold. Another room move was also offered. But our heating did work in the room. I have to say that I am surprised about reading your review and hearing your feedback at check out, after we double checked the temperature in the meantime and your plus one guest mentioned it was as warm as a sauna in the room. Nevertheless, I am sorry that you feel this way. But, in our opinion we did everything we could and more, therefore we will not refund your stay. Regards,

What a lucky find. Very helpful, friendly staff. The rooms are spotlessly clean and modern with stylish décor - loved the sunflowers. Well-appointed bathrooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast was fantastic with a good selection. There is parking out front and the location is handy for the motorway. This is my second booking of 2020 so far but definitely won't be my last.

Bepaald onderhoud mag beter. Er zat een kraan los in de badkamer. Communicatie tussen personeel kan verbeterd worden. Wij hadden het diner op de kamer laten zetten en het doorgeven van het kamernummer ging niet goed. Verder geweldig. Lekker geslapen en gegeten.
