The location is perfect, close to town and all the places we wanted to visit, this is a perfect base for day trips."

The location is wonderfully convenient—just a short, easy walk to both the bus and train stations, making it a breeze to visit Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen. While the property is housed in an older building, it is clean and fully functional. The front desk staff was very helpful and nice--letting us chill in the dining room and making it super easy to reserve and enjoy the hot tub. The absolute highlight was breakfast, which offered incredible variety. The eggs were cooked perfectly. Combined with the gorgeous gardens and stunning views, I would highly recommend this hotel if you would like an affordable, clean, and convenient stay! Especially since hotels directly in Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen are way more expensive."
