Alsace-Lorraine Hotel Guide - Beach Hotels in Alsace-Lorraine, Grand Est

Amazing service! Very personalized and accommodating. The room was very comfortable with interesting angles and decor. The only minor complaint I had was the illuminated light switch upon entry - I prefer to sleep in total darkness so it was a bit annoying. Overall a very pleasant stay, however!

Really great attitude throughout all the staff. Super nice and super helpful. Lovely place to stay, excellently located.

Lovely property, rooms spacious and charming ... this was on of our nicest stays in France. The staff could not have been more delightful and accommodating -

Wonderful service and team, great hotel, excellent location. Every aspect was perfect.

Room was spotless. Extraordinary service . I felt very comfortable and relaxed . We had a dinner in hotel s restaurant . It was delicious . Location is great . You are close to many city sights. I highly recommend this hotel

Nice hotel in a fabulous location with excellent personnel

The staff was amazing!

Everything was excellent for a 4 star except for the water pressure which was hideous. I have extremely long, thick hair so it's not representative but even just having a normal shower was a real pain because of the lack of water pressure. I also think hardwood floors would be more in keeping with the overall style (and more hygienic). The whole body mirror was also weird as there seemed to be a weird angle on it (I'm very skinny and it's not that it made me look bigger, just that the angles...

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They were more than happy to speak English with me as I can’t speak much French beyond Bonjour. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was really comfortable and the shower was amazing - the three things I look for in any hotel. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Strasbourg.

The hotel was nice and clean enough, however my room did not really match the pics. It was very basic and bare, the pillows were poor and way too soft, but nice clean bathroom. Also nothing is open in the village at night so the hotel should really keep a few basic amenities for guests (even if it's only a vending machine). I had to travel to another hotel 15 mins away just to get a bottle of water which is ridiculous.
