"Breakfast below average: choice of prepackaged muffins or granola bars, coffee and oatmeal. No room to sit in, just a table with food in bins to choose from. No available extra pillows and just one extra sheet because the manager was washing a load when requested. White refrigerator clean on inside but rusting on the outside of the door, definitely didn't want to touch. Carpet ripped up. Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower tub had residue, but water pressure was good."

"There was a lot of good and some bad. There were a lot of things to do and we would've liked to enjoy them more but it seemed like certain things were preventing us from enjoying them fully.The wifi wouldn't stay connected, or pick up a strong signal and calling their IT service did nothing. These days it's pretty important to be able to connect to it. Their shuttle service wasn't helpful because we couldn't ever find a driver to take us to our building. It was annoying especially because our room was far from the front desk where the shuttle to the theme parks picks up and drops off nearby. The a/c didn't operate properly when we first arrived, but an a/c tech came and fixed it quickly. All other amenities were enjoyable and the arcade was a highlight because of the several free play game cards that we received upon arrival. Also the fishing was especially fun. The bike rental was nice, but we would've liked the option to rent for longer than an hour, when it wasn't busy. The operating hours at the marina were at strange hours of the day, if you're going to universal studios and ride the 10am shuttle to it and catch the 7pm back to the resort, you would never enjoy the marina, which is where you rent the bikes, fishing equipment and golf clubs and balls. The stay was a fun experience overall"
