"Arrived at Hotel early evening as was informed that the Hotel Restaurant was fully booked so we had to go to an Italian around the corner, how can a hotel be fully booked, is it unable to cater for its capacity of people staying? Ruined the whole stay. "

"The bar service was extraordinarily slow. There did not seem to be enough staff to meet customer demand - this may have been due to increased patronage as a result of the annual Night of the Museums event. Overall though a clean, pleasant hotel with very comfortable beds, great shower and plenty of choice for breakfast, both hot and cold. "

"Clean, safe, executive hotel walking distance from the train station. Perfect place to stop for the night - a delightful oasis in a gritty town- provided all the necessary amenities. Only 20 yards from train station but a world away from the downtown scene inside. Rooms were soundproof and small but well appointed with tea kettle, coffee station, good linens and complimentary coffee, water, bath products etc. Would definitely stay again. Bar onsite in lobby. No food service but dozens of eateries and markets available across the street until very late at night. "
