"Decent hotel for the money. Pictures are deceiving. Pool has limited chairs. Did not eat at the hotel at all because there was always a faint smell of vomit. Room was old and needs updating. The smallest shower I’ve ever seen with no wash rags available."

Also the personal contact with the host was always quick und transparent. Overall, a very good experience."

"We loved this villa. The location needed a car, but we expected that and as such not a problem. The Taverna Andreas is walking distance and actually I could have just visited there every night to eat and not gone anywhere else. It was excellent. The view from the pool is lovely. The highlight for us was the outside kitchen bbq sitting area, we spent hours just enjoying the space and relaxing. An amazing villa in a lovely quiet location. Michael was easy to contact and communicated with us throughout the holiday, even left a well stocked fridge for us on arrival. It was great being able to open a beer and make some snacks as soon as we got there, loved the watermelon. We could get taxis into Rethmyno with ease and if wanted you can run for hours without seeing anyone. Highly recommended."
