"Unser Aufenthalt in Zacharias’ Villa war einfach perfekt! Zacharias ist ein unglaublich netter, herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der sich jederzeit um unsere Anliegen gekümmert hat.Die Villa war in einem hervorragenden Zustand – alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch der Pool war makellos und hat unseren Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht.Ein absolutes Highlight war die wundervolle Überraschung bei unserer Ankunft: Es standen bereits leckeres Essen, Snacks und Wein für uns bereit. Nach der Anreise war das eine unglaublich schöne und aufmerksame Geste, über die wir uns sehr gefreut haben.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen und können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die großartige Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!"

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist in toller und wie angegeben in sehr ruhiger Lage in den Bergen. Die entsprechend längere Anfahrt aus der Stadt war kein Problem. Dafür ist die Aussicht von der Terrasse schlicht großartig! Wir haben sie bei jeder Gelegenheit genossen! Das Haus ist gepflegt, die Gartenanlage und der großartige Pool ebenfalls. Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind sehr gut. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit unseren Gastgebern war herzlich. Wir waren mit unserem Ferienhaus rundum glücklich und würden jederzeit sehr gerne wiederkommen!Viele Dank für den tollen Urlaub"

"We stayed as a big family group of 19, split across the two villas, and it worked out perfectly — plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still feeling together. The photos online really don’t do the property justice; it was even lovelier in person. Every room had AC, which made a huge difference in the heat. A definite highlight was booking a private chef for one night — such a special touch and a meal we’re still talking about. Highly recommend for any large family gathering."

"A very lovely, practical & clean house. With beautiful sea views. Pool area just perfect with lots of sun loungers and parasols. Situated in a very quiet location. Very close to Arkadi Monastery. The owner was very flexible and helpful. The house had everything the website said it would. Centrally located in Crete, making it easy (with a rental car) to visit everything between Chania, Heraklion and the beautiful southcoast of Rethymnon. We would certainly recommend it to all those seeking peace & quiet in a splendid accommodation and a good central location for daytrips to visit the island."

"The house itself was lovely, clean, well-equipped, lovely outside spaces with lots of options to sit and relax. The pool was great, we paid extra to have it heated and the whole family were in and out all week. Location was good, you need a car but there’s plenty to do in the area. Biggest bonus though was Eva and her incredible hosting, we arrived in the evening after a delayed flight to a beautiful home cooked meal, homemade cake and ann incredibly well stocked fridge. So completely beyond anything I’ve seen from a host before. She also provided a wealth of recommendations for places to eat, where to park, the best beaches to suit our young family. And even suggestions of what to do based on the weather. Thank you so much Eva for making our holiday super easy!"
