It’s a nice wee house in a lovely village with good walking and a great pub.
It’s a nice wee house in a lovely village with good walking and a great pub. There were only two wine glasses for four of us though, only one bedside light in the main bedroom, only one far from full toilet roll in the bathroom and no cooking basics like cooking oil, and salt and pepper apart from the small pots for the table. Also a shelf in the shower for toiletries would be helpful. We left some new wine glasses for the next guests. Our booking experience with Cottages.com wasn’t very good either-I used a discount which disappeared from the bill, I booked and paid for a dog which also disappeared and then had to pay an extra £30 for our pet. On the plus side when I added two more guests, our daughters, we weren’t charged more.
