"The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. Loved the balcony which has great views, and it's right at the foot of a mountain with trails to a waterfall. It's about 10 minutes' walk from centre of town where you can get buses and trains to nearby towns - free transport with visitor card supplied by host. There is also an excellent Italian restaurant in the same building! Would recommend."

"Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts in der Küche und auch sonst fehlte es nichts, es gab sogar einen Saugroboter. Auch die Betten waren richtig schön bequem. Abends konnte man prima auf dem Balkon sitzen und auf die Berge schauen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und wenn etwas fehlte hätte man nur Bescheid sagen müssen. Auch unsere Fahrräder waren gut untergebracht. Wiir können die Wohnung wirklich empfehlen. Cons: -"

"The apartment was perfect for our family group of 5. The owner responded to our questions by email quickly and lives in an apartment in the building. So, she was available to help when we were struggling with the German washing machine! The apartment has a beautiful view of the mountains and is well-supplied with kitchen items and linens. The small town of Farchant has a small grocery store and bakery as well as several restaurants."

"Pros: Man wird herzlich empfangen. Selbst für den Hund gab es Leckerlis. Die Unterkunft ist voll ausgestattet. Alles was man Zuhause hat für den Alltag, gibt es dort auch. Wer achtet bitte noch heutzutage auf so etwas? Es ist als würde man auf eine voll ausgestattete Wohnung aufpassen. Der Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend. Selbst die Gastgeber haben ihre Zeit geopfert und uns fast eine Stunde über mögliche Ausflugsziele informiert. Auch über das schlechte Wetter gut beraten, was man wann tun...

"This newly built property presented precisely as it was listed on the site. Clean, with beautiful views of the surrounding area, it was within close proximity of the major sites (Oberammergau, Garmisch, Schloss Neuschwanstein, Ettal Abbey, etc.) The owner, who speaks English well, communicated quickly in response to our initial inquiry as well as subsequent questions we had. We would gladly stay here again for either a winter or summer visit to the region."
