Amazing vintage shops and cafes nearby, in a fabulous street that takes you to the city centre in a 15 minute walk. This was a lovely characterful part of Amsterdam that we enjoyed much more than the larger tourist areas. The flat was nicely presented, basic but comfortable. The proximity to the local shops and Central Amsterdam was great.

We had a great stay at the property. It was large enough for a family of four. It is outside of the touristy area so that was a plus. Nice local restaurant down the street and easy walk to the a very trendy and nice neighborhood. Communication with the host was amazing and the check-in process was smooth.

Good size rooms and view of the water was good. Rooms had their linen changed but the living room and kitchen was pretty dirty still.. bathroom and toilet were good.. if you have a lot of luggage, suggest ask for a ground floor apartment as the lift was not working and the stairs were tight and steep..

It was nice and spacious for a family of 4 and right on a bus line directly to centraal station. The kids having their own bedroom and beds was a huge bonus. its out if the hotels control but the area around had homless people and was a bit unsafe grtting back later at night.

We were travelling a 4 so wanted accommodation that would mean that we were all together rather than 2 hotel rooms. This was perfect for us and made for a very enjoyable stay. Properly was clean and in a good location for Joordan’s shops, bars and restaurants while still only being a 15-20 min walk to the heart of the city. Worked out to be great for us.

Perfect amount of beds for our family - 2 kids as well as Grandma. Comfy & clean. The check in process was straightforward and I liked that we all had an electronic key on our cell phones. Close to transit (near train tracks but after a few days we didn’t even notice them anymore) & in a great neighbourhood.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Two biggest issues were the shower that completely flooded the bathroom when in use and very dull knives.

Nice Property Poor Service Communication

Good experience: Located by a canal in a quiet residential area but within 20 minutes walk to city centre with lots of nice restaurants, bars and shops. A bar/restaurant downstairs at the corner serves good food and drinks, good vibe. Apartment is spacious, clean, with most essentials like water boiler, dish washer, cooking accessories....etc. Bathroom fittings and appliances require fixing and maintenance though. Bad experience: Very poor check-in communication - meaning, no check-in help. Didn't receive access pin on time and communication is only through whatsapp or email (mostly talking to a robot). We arrived 6am in amsterdam and finally get settled in the apartment at 4pm. Message sent to us saying we can check-in early and leave luggage at their concierge but this location has NO concierge. Comment: It's a nice property as long as you plan well ahead for arrival time (check-in at 3pm) and be ready to be on email/whatsapp (wifi access) for communication.

Great apartment, very clean and convenient. Other guests coming in and out and going up and down the stairs was noisy! I dont think think they were trying to be it’s just the way the layout is and very thin walls.

Stayed here for 5 days and it did not disappoint. The facility is a short walk to and from Amsterdam Central in the Jordaan area. One can walk or take a short bus ride. The facility is clean, quiet, well-appointed and in a safe area. I like that it was on the edge of Jordaan away from the crowds but close enough to shops and restaurants. Communications with staff began before my stay to ensure a smooth arrival. Staff I interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate recommending this property or staying here again.

Very conveniently located apartment near Central Station and close to many trams. The apartment is great for a family of 4-5 and it has everything you need to cook a simple meal/breakfast. The only downside is that there is a very narrow staircase if your apartment is not on 1st floor. Be sure to make sure you ask if you have any challenge climbing steep and narrow staircases.
