Very great property super helpful had a very good stay could walk to the local market and got to the local trams with no problem and the staff were very helpful with any questions I had as well as very welcoming had no issues what’s so ever would highly recommend this for anyone especially if you’re solo traveling and want a more private but affordable place

This hotel was a great weekend stay. The safe we’re extremely great, everything was clean and the area was very walkable. Rooms are small and was challenging with a lot of stuff, but there are additional lockers available. Would recommend and will definitely consider staying in the near future.

Very nice place. Clean, nice shared bathrooms and cosy pods. Staff were friendly and the place had everything we needed. Was overpriced for what it is though, if it was cheaper it would have been perfect!

The property was meant to be for a family which is staying 3 nights however the property manger was SO nice and understood that and she easily refunded us the money

I’ll start with the staff. Every single member we met treated us like old friends, yet remaining professional at all times. Always a friendly smile, always willing to help in any way they can. I’ve never witnessed customer service like it, just fantastic. Secondly, the location is brilliant. 5 min walk from the tram to get into the centre, straight forward, right opposite and have cooperation with the Breakfast Club which, is also amazing. The cleanliness of the pods, toilets, showers and communal area was 10/10. Fresh towels were readily available and because my partner and I are hot sleepers we needed a fan - within minutes of request it was outside our door. The showers are waterfall showers, an actual pleasure to use. We’re avid campers so seen some real nasty ones in our time ;-) there were hair dryers and shampoo/ body wash available for everyone. I cannot fault it. We are going to return. We loved every second of it and have already recommended it to work colleagues and friends!

Don't skip the opportunity
I loved the concept of this hotel, the convenient location, the staff was great and super supportive, they also have a black cat that hangs out in the living room and is super cute. I think this place is the best for Solo traveling and would come back again!

CityHub is in a great local neighbourhood which has loads of great places to eat and lovely local shops. It's only a short (10 mins) direct tram ride from the city centre so you can easily get to the more touristy things when you want but aren't only surrounded by tourists. I stayed there with my 10 year old daughter and she loved the pods. The shared bathrooms are kept clean and the showers are great!

Tg location is good, near the tram station. It has a market next to the hotel. The staff are very nice and helpful. It’s clean and comfy. Will stay here again for my next stay.

Wish there were more of these around the world.
As a solo traveler I loved my stay here. It's a bit different then your normal hotel but that is part of what makes it awesome. I needed an overnight stay on my return trip back to the states and it was great. I booked it based on the pictures thinking it was going to be interesting and it was better then my expectations. Checkin was far easier then a lot of hotels I've been too even if you did have to ask a question but they had someone at the front desk to help who was probably THE happiest front desk person i've ever encountered at a checkin. Really he was happy to offer assistance rather then having that look of when does my shift end. (i understand and empathize with this look). For someone who uses a hotel as a place to rest, shower and change this was perfect. I want to spend time in the city not in the room and it was very comfortable. Scanning my wristband to checkin, purchase drinks and checkout may seem impersonal but it is far better then standing in line for over an hour with a line of people and one desk person. Also hanging out in the lobby met some great guys from Australia that I ran in to later that night outside of hotel. The portable hotspot was a very nice unexpected bonus only because i didn't read all the reviews. The pictures captivated me enough to book sans reviews......which is not normal for me. If I'm in the area again will def stay again.

The hosts were so friendly and helpful. The App allowed them to send us ideas and stay in touch if we needed any advice or help and the facilities were fantastic. Small hubs but enough for two people. Fans provided to keep the rooms cool and the showers we so powerful and clean. Fresh towels provided daily and a robe to go to and from the bathroom in.

Cityhub Amsterdam is a cool place. I probably would not recommend it for anyone traveling with kids or for older folks, but for someone like me - early 30s traveling solo - it was perfect. I don’t travel somewhere just to sit in a hotel room, I am usually out and about exploring all day... but I like to know that I can come back to a hotel that is safe, clean, quiet, and comfortable and Cityhub delivered on all those. The pod rooms are small - its basically just a big bed plus a closet-sized amount of space by the door. Toilets and showers are shared, but there are plenty of stalls and honestly in the three nights I’ve stayed there I never saw anyone else in the bathrooms, so never had to wait. Staff was very friendly and helpful and they also gave me a portable hotspot box which gave free wifi as I traveled around the city which was super handy. The tram stop is only a few minutes walk and Foodhallen is right next door which has some excellent grub. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place! Very fun environment and great service. They even give you portable WiFi hot spots to use with your phone if you don’t have service available. The rooms were clean and even had built in Bluetooth speakers and programmable lights. Definitely a small space for no more than 2 people, but an awesome experience and great location overall. Definitely recommend for all youth travelers and backpackers
