Great Hotel

Lovely Hotel - bus stop right outside so travel into city centre easy. Had a small issue with room, but this was sorted out straight away - staff were amazing.

Anniversary celebrations, but not a special stay.

It was a little away from the centre. We came here to celebrate our anniversary. They didn’t add so much as a note for us even though we chose to spend it here and let them know. A little disappointing. I wish I had booked elsewhere. However it was clean and comfortable.

The outside of the Hotel doesn't look great, it is very clean, nice rooms, more spacious than we expected, comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Bus stop right out front. We also walked into the centre of Amsterdam (about 20 minutes) nice walk and felt safe. We would stay here again.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and the rooms were comfortable especially the pillows. The bathroom was a good size. The hotel was conveniently right beside a bus stop. So transportation was easy. It is just outside the busy city so it was more quiet than if you stayed directly in the busy city.

The Art Hotel was not very Artsy - a few odd canvas around - our room had some really ugly print from that look like it was from Ikea - as an Art lover was not impressed they should change the name of the hotel to not mention Art really does not fit this hotel - our room has a moldy/wet smell in it - the internet was not secure and just open was not the best - they only give you one room key regardless of how many people are in the room even when we asked they said 1 room key per room - the pool was great and staff friendly until one day we were going out and when walking though an open door it slammed in to me squishing my shoulders pretty good - upon letting the front desk know it was something about a fire alarm pulled but there was not alarm going off in the building or lights to acknowledge something was going on, I would of like to know if there was an issue in advance as the front desk was not a bit concerned about the door hitting me - easy bus to central from hotel that was really nice

The room has extremely odor smell (room 540). They switch me to different room in the same corner on another floor (room 340) but still smell bad just less extreme. The room is very clean just don't understand where the bad smell coming from.
