Loved this place so much. Staff were so nice and even recommended places to visit. If it’s not your check in time , they would help keep your bags with tags. So organized. It’s self check in. They even had a toilet seat cleaner which is quite rare and I loved that. There’s a tram right in front of the hotel. The view was so lovely. Had a great time here. Didn’t get to taste their food but it is a lovely place. I would suggest to put a smart tv so atleast English speaking guests could have something to watch

Nice, clean, and modern hotel with spacious rooms. Conveniently close to public transportation, just about 25 minutes to the heart of Amsterdam. Highly recommended!

Staff was very helpful (thank you). Public transport connection is very convenient (line 2 to city center / centraal station). Not sure about the 4 star rating but room was clean and convenient and I was happy to get an affordable rate during a busy conference week in Amsterdam.

In terms of location, this is a wonderful hotel, right in front of the tram, and multiple grocery stores. But that’s about it for this hotel. Rooms were dirty, trash that did not belong to us in the room that we paid for early access to. Refusing to give us new towels aswell as new bedding even if they had stains on them. The mattresses kept falling off the beds, the room was extremely cold with a window that wouldn’t close. It wouldn’t surprise me if we slept on the same bedding as the previous guests. Super mediocre. I wasn’t expecting much in terms of customer service but we were treated with hostility and there was a racial undertone to it. If you are not white, avoid this hotel.

Amazing hotel! Big rooms, very clean and excellent guest services. The brunch buffet was very good, many options and very affordable! Excellent location just outside the city centre of Amsterdam and the tram station is right in front of the hotel! 100% would stay at this property again!
