COMFY, FULLY furnished 3 bedroom house is IDEAL for a BIG family or group of friends! WALK to Disneyland! Or shuttle a few blocks away available throughout the day. 11 people can rest here but more can play in our SPACIOUS communal areas where everyone can have fun or relax together! Enjoy the outdoor by using the new BBQ grill and letting the kids run around safely in the grassy backyard and lounging in plenty of outdoor space. Or play in the huge garage converted into an entertainment room with ping pong table, TV, games and more! I adore the living room with its cute fireplace, tons of clean cushions for everyone to lounge in, and the special flat TV. I can honestly say that the interior looks even prettier in person, first reviewers be my witness! Truly sweet thoughtful neighbors on either sides of the house. I know their names! Not many people in SoCal can say that! Peaceful neighborhood. Enjoy your new vacation home with 24/7 assistance. Thank you for giving us a chance to host you!

Please throw away all trash in the big trash bins outside.

During Spring and Summer months keep the Air conditioning at 76F During colder temperatures keep the heater at 70F

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 9 AM. During this time please refrain from using the outdoor grill and please keep noise to a minimum.
