Spacious upper unit! Filled with tasteful, modern design and functionality; it is perfect for any professional working from home, a couple, small family, or even roommates!

Move-in ready with fresh linens, a fully loaded kitchen, leather furniture, on-site laundry, blackout curtains, Wifi with Smart tv.

3 bedrooms, one queen bed, one full sized and one-an office ; all of them have closets.

Cleanliness and customer service are our top priorities--100% of guests and tenants have given us the highest possible ratings on our booking sites or in person.

Note: We are able to relocate furniture from the 3rd bedroom which is currently set as an office. We can exchange for a twin bed if requested in advance. Please ask about the fee to make this change for you.

Blocks from Minnesota Dr. makes a short commute to downtown, Dimond Center, South Anchorage amenities, and the hospitals. Only 5 minutes from the Ted Stevens International Airport, Tony Knowles coastal trail and 6 minutes from downtown.
