"Lots of wildlife to watch from the screened in porch. Short drive to food and activities. Located in a quiet cul de sac. Plenty of room in the house and it had everything we needed. Hosts communication was excellent."

"This was our 5th year at this beautiful home. We appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, location to the Sponge Docks and Tarpon Avenue. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the porch. Lisa and John are very responsive and great hosts. Highly recommend!"

"Very nice and clean. Personally, I didn’t use the kitchenette, but it was available and nicely laid out. The bathroom was larger than expected. There was adequate closet space if needed. The patio area would be perfect for an evening in if a couple decided to stay in. Overall, it was great for what I needed: a couple of days of job shadowing at the hospital in Tampa and a couple of beach days in Clearwater. I would definitely rent again if it’s available before I move down here!"

"This property is a 20, on a scale of 1-10! It is head and shoulders over every prior property that I have rented on VRBO. It is clean, very well provisioned and located in a nice, safe area. There are very good restaurants and pubs close by and downtown Tarpon Springs is beautiful. The property manager was responsive and helpfull, from our engagement to checkout. Our group visited the area for our annual Spring Training Baseball trip, and we could not have picked a better location. Returning home from the ball park to a clean, sun drenched and refreshing pool was the cherry on top. The local beaches are also great, particularly the state park.Thank you Steve and Co. "

"Tipsea Tarpon was the perfect rental for our family of 10. Plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the pool and putting green. Tarpon Springs is located in a wonderful area for exploring many beautiful beaches as well as quick trips into Tampa. The Hosts were very responsive to our questions and requests. We will consider returning to the area in the future."
