" The house was spotless, beautiful, comfortable and provided lots amenities needed, the kitchen is wonderfully equipped. The host was great and very responsive to any questions. The house is located on a quiet cul de sac and is beautifully landscaped. The screened in room with the lake view is absolutely awesome and comfortable. The lake hosts an abundance of birds and aquadic life. If you are looking for an exceptionally clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated place to stay this is it, you will not be disappointed. "We had a great stay at this Vrbo property overall. There were six of us ladies staying, and the home was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with plenty of space for our group. It had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was very convenient for our book festival. That said, there are a couple of things future guests should be aware of. Parking was more limited than expected, especially for a group our size, so it would be helpful if clearer details were provided ahead of time. Additionally, there is a tenant living on the premises, which wasn’t clearly communicated in the listing. While it didn’t cause any major issues (other than parking), knowing this in advance would have helped set expectations.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning, but improved transparency about parking and on-site occupancy would make the experience even better."

"Pool was great, plenty of room for dog to run, inside of house was comfortable. Could use some updating on outdoor chairs, indoor couch, and propane side of grill, but, it wasn't any reason not to give it 5 stars. Would rent it again as it was very peaceful during this time of year."

"An absolutely gorgeous location. Sunsets were amazing. Lots of provisions for an assortment of fun. Hosts were very responsive to issues that arose. Once a few planned updates and repairs are completed this will truly be a one of a kind stellar rental"

"The pictures did not show that you had to claim a flight of stairs on the outside to get into the room and the stairs needed to be repaired or at the very least replaced the railing was really loose. Not a very safe situation. The property was nice. The room was not clean. There was hair on the bedsheets. Luckily, my wife had brought some clean sheets from home which we used after removing the ones that were on the bed."
