"This property is a 20, on a scale of 1-10! It is head and shoulders over every prior property that I have rented on VRBO. It is clean, very well provisioned and located in a nice, safe area. There are very good restaurants and pubs close by and downtown Tarpon Springs is beautiful. The property manager was responsive and helpfull, from our engagement to checkout. Our group visited the area for our annual Spring Training Baseball trip, and we could not have picked a better location. Returning home from the ball park to a clean, sun drenched and refreshing pool was the cherry on top. The local beaches are also great, particularly the state park.Thank you Steve and Co. "

"Very difficult to get from parked car to unit. High steps from street level need railing, had to open gate to drive in to unload but sign said do not open gate. Best thing was location close to activities."

It was so comfortable for our large group and easy to keep the toddler contained on the main level without worrying he might escape to the pool. The beds were the most comfortable mattresses we ever slept on, including the double bunk bed mattresses! It was a great stay, and if we are ever back in the area we wouldn’t hesitate to book again! "
