Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. It's in the heart of downtown around everything thing you and. During the summer at Fifth Third Center Square which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel, they have a free concert every day.

We first got there felt like it was great and about 12:45 AM. Power went out. Party going on downstairs very loud. Kids couldn’t sleep found out their generator wasn’t working rooms got above 80° very hot and miserable by mold in the room stains on the sheets burnt marks on the couch and felt like it’s been a mess to get my money back very unsatisfied

"Hotel has a great location. That is the only plus. It is very old and smells of cigarette smoke. Carpet in the room was disgusting. The room smelled like dirty socks. The AC loudly vibrated when on. The last straw for me was the roach I killed on the bathroom wall."
