"The stay was marvelous. I have been to Cannes several times and this is my favorite area to stay as it is very near the beach, wonderful restaurants and cafes but away from the busier areas. "I have stayed in hundreds of hotels through Hotels.com and other portals but I have never stayed in one where the staff were so bad . For example when we arrived we asked the receptionist for fo access to and from the airport for returning a hire car that evening and going to the airport the following morning . She said take a taxi . When in fact we later discovered through our own endeavours that the hotel had been deliberately located near a tram station which connected with car hire returns and the Terminals free of charge . This morning breakfast was utter chaos. We asked for a cereal spoon as they were all used and we were told to use a teaspoon . Absolutely no attempt was made to obtain a cereal spoon . The most senior looking person the reception manager said it was not her department ! Ultimately it must be the General Manager’s fault in poor recruitment or lack of training . Unbelievable ."

"Really nice seafront hotel, large but very well maintained with very helpful staff. Our room was described as partial sea view, but it was pretty much a whole seat view. The only downside to the room was that there wasn't enough comfortable seating on the balcony. The built in bench was sloping and uncomfortable. Breakfast was great, and the staff very friendly and helpful."

"The room was clean until you looked under the bed, which was totally filthy. The food is 75% microwaved and the swimming pools is a health hazard to children - It was so cold I had to pull my daughter out as she had blue lips and was shivering. I reported this to the manager and he told me it was my problem for letting her go in the pool - This was reported through Radisson HO who were disgusted and vowed to take action. If you do have children, do yourself a favour and re-book somewhere else!"

"Our stay at the Sheraton was absolutely amazing. We travelled as a large group for my mum’s birthday celebration, and every member of staff was incredibly kind, patient, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel upgraded and decorated my mum’s room for her birthday, which made the experience even more special. We also used the restaurants during our stay, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Despite us being quite a lively group, the staff always went above and beyond to help us with warmth and professionalism. Staying at the Sheraton truly made my mum’s birthday experience exceptional and unforgettable. Thank you again to the whole team for such wonderful hospitality."
