"We stayed for two nights and had a great time. We stayed in a suite with a kitchenette. It was a very long walk down to the end of the building. I was just recovering from a knee injury so the walk from a far away parking lot and then all the way down the end of the building was not ideal. I did tell the receptionist I just came off crutches so not sure why she put me in the farthest room possible? Next time, I will request a room closer to the pool and gym entrance. There also is very little signage so finding everything was difficult to navigate. The restaurant was closed both times we went downstairs to eat so we had to grab food at the cafe. It was grab and go and very expensive. The pool area and hot tubs were wonderful and the kids enjoyed them. It was relaxing and quiet and much cheaper than renting a VRBO in that area. I prefer a house rental but the prices are out of control."
Cozy, peaceful cabin retreat with hot tub

"This is a lovely place that seems like new. The kitchen was very well stocked including lots of spices and coffee, etc. It wasn't warm enough for us to sit on the front porch, which we would have enjoyed. We loved having the hot tub. It's off the beaten path, and we were glad that we'd brought all the food we needed. The bed was comfortable. We recommend it as a nice getaway."

"Very first impressions, pretty spectacular driving up the driveway! Then...we met the neighbor mad Larry. Lol turns out he wasn't so bad. The place was almost perfect, a few minor things, not even worth mentioning. The host was very kind, and I will say we all enjoyed our time here."

"My wife and I had a great time. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking and the grill worked perfectly. When we got in the floors were clean and the linens were freshly washed. The wifi was great because cell reception is hit or miss without it. If you are looking for a quiet getting away in the woods on a private lake with no motor boats this is the place."
