"The property is amazing. Beautiful, peaceful, and private. The water can get choppy, the best thing we did was to bring our inflatable SUP. Handled the water great and the kids loved taking it out to jump off of to swim! The ride to either store (O.G. or IGA) was no problem. Definitely no traffic jams! The host was very responsive and helpful. Definitely will book again, 2 weeks next time! Also BIG bonus to be able to have real fires in the fireplace. I had previously rented a cabin in Colorado and not allowed any fires and it was a gas fireplace - just not the same. Awesome vacation to spend time with loved ones with zero hassles. We had 6 adults, a 6 year old, 10 month old and one dogThank you Bret and Co. for renting out your amazing piece of heaven to us!Judy and family"

"I wish I could give this place more then 5 stars!! The views were out of this world!! The property was spacious with water all around. Water views from evry cabin!! Everything was exceptional and way better then anyone could have imagined! We needed nothing for our stay!! They thought of everything you could need. And everything in all of the cabins was very high quality from the furniture all the way down to the silverware. My family was super impressed and we would definitely stay again!"

"Had a great birthday weekend celebration at Second Wind. Plenty of room for 12 of us and could have had easily housed more people. We were able to get onto the lake to access ITS trails several miles away. The camp had everything you'd ever need."

"Halls on Mooselookmeguntic is few and far between. This is a very well equipped and furnished log home decorated with local inspiration and it makes this home what it is….Lake house, hunting camp, secluded oasis is what this is and more. The screen porch is fabulous relaxing while listening to the Loons and the quiet location of the lake. The floating dock was in the sun all day long and was large and easily accessible. The living room and tv room make you feel like you are in a real Maine camp but decorated to the next level. The bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished wonderfully and are very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home."

"Very comfortable great house. We were 5 adults (all family) and the house accommodated us well. The kitchen was well equipped but could use more cooking utensils and barbecue utensils. Beds were comfortable, showers good, etc. Management (Morton & Furbish) were excellent communicators. We experienced no issues whatsoever and made good use of kayaks. A very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend. "
