"Clean room and comfy bed. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We booked an airport pick up through the hotel which worked very smoothly. Breakfast is offered at the Holiday Inn which was delicious. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Tashkent."

"Absolutely loved this hotel. We have been to other Crowne Plaza’s in different country and they always make us feel heard. The staff were very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us with locations to eat/take our child for entertainment. The hotel itself was beautiful and the room were immaculate and the bed was amazing to sleep on. "

We had some issue with the AC however they got that sorted and were prompt on solving it. They have works going on at the moment but made sure we were aware. "I'm a female solo traveller and I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and the hotel is in a good location for exploring Tashkent. Room was very comfortable and quiet. I arrived off an early flight and could only get in my room if I paid 50% but the receptionist advised that if I came back after 11am, I may get in earlier without charge (which I did). I would happily stay here again. "
