"Absolutely loved this hotel. We have been to other Crowne Plaza’s in different country and they always make us feel heard. The staff were very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us with locations to eat/take our child for entertainment. The hotel itself was beautiful and the room were immaculate and the bed was amazing to sleep on. "

"Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were attentive and very friendly. They were knowledgeable about the area. We had some issue with the AC however they got that sorted and were prompt on solving it. They have works going on at the moment but made sure we were aware. Also accommodated my daughter with adding a bed in the room free of charge. "

"I'm a female solo traveller and I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and the hotel is in a good location for exploring Tashkent. Room was very comfortable and quiet. I arrived off an early flight and could only get in my room if I paid 50% but the receptionist advised that if I came back after 11am, I may get in earlier without charge (which I did). I would happily stay here again. "

"Very nice breakfast spread, and the staff were all very friendly. The room bathroom floors were also heated, quite a plesasnt surprise. "

"While the location and facilities were good, the service fell short. The restaurant/bar was closed for a private event without notifying guests. I was promised a call from a manager after raising the issue but never received one, and my follow-up call also led nowhere. This was frustrating and not the level of service I expect from Hilton."
