"Stayed 6 nights at this property. Overall it was a good stay. The property grounds and amenities are wonderful! One of the best pools I’ve seen. The location is perfect. Just 8-10 mins to Hanalei where you can find the BEST food. Princeville has a nice grocery store (pricey though) and a few restaurants. There are daily food trucks on the property. We got a smoothie and açaí bowl, both were excellent!! Can’t speak for the other food trucks but the food smelled good. Inside the property was pretty clean. Everything you need in the kitchen. The units are spacious. HOWEVER- the bathrooms need some serious remodeling and updating. There are no fans in the bathrooms so they’re miserably hot and stuffy. Towels hanging on the towel rack will never dry due to zero air flow. We had to put everything in the dryer. There was a good bit of mold and mildew on the walls in our master bath. We would likely stay here again but these units desperately need some attention in the bathrooms. Otherwise, they’re amazing."

"The showers have excellent water pressure and the bed downstairs had a lovely pad on the bed making it comfortable. Beach towels and chairs were provided and kitchen was fully stocked. The patio was delightful to sit in the rain."

"This property was even nicer than described on VRBO. It's closer to the beach than the photos would indicate--you just walk down the short driveway, across a narrow road, and you're there! There is a reef out in the distance, which is great for snorkeling. The bedrooms are quite roomy, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are great--some bigger than others but all beautifully done. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, and then there's an extra half bath. We spent lots of time on the lanai--there were 7 of us--which has a table for 10 as well as an area for smaller groups, with chairs and a round table. Early risers watched the sunrise from here. You can also see the sun set from the lanai! Nice central location for North Shore sites and activities. Property management was great--responded quickly and appropriately every time we contacted them (which we only needed to do twice). The kitchen was quite spacious, and it was equipped with a multitude of pots and pans and cooking devices. We've rented several places on the North Shore for family reunions, and we all agreed this was the best!"

"Cute place and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. One thing to note is that there is no AC unit, which I think should be emphasized more in the listing. It was quite hot, especially when we first arrived, but there are fans throughout the place that helped a bit. Overall, nice-looking place, convenient parking, and we did like that the place provided beach chairs."

"The property was exactly what we needed and what was advertised. Excellent location, lots of room for us (3 adults and 2 teenagers). Kitchen was well equipped with everything one needs. Didn't have a chance to use the pool, but it looked great. Patrick was very easy to communicate with and easy to reach even though we didnt have any issues needing his assist. Overall, great place, great location, great stay."
