"I had stayed in 2024 in one of their other property, which was a great stay tbh. However this time(2026), the stay wasn’t pleasant at all. Sure it’s clean and everything, but the amenities were not up to the mark at all. Starting with WIFI, only ours wasn’t working, i had to literally call them 3-4 times to get it fixed, you literally have no signal here at these properties, so this was a huge disappointment. "Staff were great and very friendly. The taxi’s that arrived at the hotel charged fairly. I can’t say that for all taxi’s in Goa. There is currently no uber. So get haggling and never accept the first price (for taxis around Goa). The food was ok there. Pool was great for my 3 year old. The only complaint I had was that the staff were not able to get the digital key/lock to our room to work. Which was disappointing as I really wanted to use my phone to gain access to our room. Being a partner of Hilton. You would expect them to be able to get this to work. As disappointing as this was. It was a nice stay overall and we really appreciated the hotel."
