"Very dated. Room too hot. Couldn't cool it down. Bottom of bathroom door falling apart. Stains in tub. Window of room opened into hallway."

We arrived late and discovered the full extent after settling in. We notified the front desk and were offered another room, but given the severity of the conditions and health concerns, we did not feel safe remaining on the property. We vacated after one night and requested a refund for the unused nights, which was denied"

"Room was clean and beds comfortable, but furniture dirty. Bathroom shower was messed up and lukewarm water. Pool was closed and that was one of the reasons we booked this hotel."

"Desk clerk at check in was patient polite and friendly. Room was clean and spacious for a budget motel but in our two bed room the window a/c heater was uncomfortably close to the bed. As is becoming typical in motels, the comforter was too warm and bulky and there was no blanket available. We would have to blast the a/c to be comfortable under one of those ironically named “comforters”. I don’t understand this trend. Mattress average. Breakfast very simple but adequate with boiled eggs, yogurt etc. All in all, still one of the best value accommodations in A2. Beautiful grounds on the south side of the building, great for strolling and observing the wildlife and wetlands. "
