"The staff was so courteous anytime I interacted with them and the welcome glass of champagne was a nice touch. The room was lovely and comfortable. Could not recommend this place more! "

"The luggage cart was a bit unmanageable around the corners. A possible upgrade to those would have made the trip more pleasant. Overall, the staff seemed less personable. My only interaction was at check out. Hotel was clean. Parking was easy. Gym appeared adequate. I couldn't tell where I could access the courtyard towards the back of the hotel. Siganage or staff to help would have been appreciated as it was a beautiful October weather. Warm in the 80s those few days. The courtyard was stunning."

"Everything was great as always. The only reason we gave 4 stars on cleanliness was because we had a bug in our room the first day and we saw it on the far wall when we walked in for the first time. Big spider. "

"Needed to stay near work while my car is in the shop. Comfy, and when the guy who checked me in found out I worked midnights, he pointed out the original room I booked didn't have a fridge or microwave, changed it for mw for a the difference int room types ($30 total for 3 nights, not a bad trade off!) and moved my room to the quietest corner of the hotel for me, so I could get the best chance at undisturbed rest. If you are staying here and need a shuttle ride, CC, the man who runs the shuttle, is an absolute gem. I was expecting to ride a scooter to work for 3 days, I used the shuttle and it was a very pleasant and unexpected experience"

"Room was in excellent conditions, arrived late and staff was really helpful. I would highly recommend staying here if you have a family and are looking for a safe place, clean, comfy. It's really close to University of Michigan. "
