"The cabin was cute and so cozy. It was just two of us and our two small dogs. We enjoyed having a common area to sit in the back and a small trail to walk the dogs. Everything was very clean and organized. I think the location is great for access to Helen as well as nearby hiking trails."

"Everything was great except the hot tub. Called about it and a technician was sent. We were lead to believe it was fixed but nothing had changed. Water was not hot, didn't circulate well, and it periodically shut off due to an error code. According to reviews of this property, this has been and ongoing issue going back as far as 2024. It seems the can just keeps getting kicked down the road. "

"The hot tube was half way broke. Only one jet worked and it was extremely foamy. The shower fell apart the first time I tried to take a shower. It also felt very cramped with uncomfortable furniture. It was definitely not worth the price. I will not rent that cabin ever again. "

"Nice property. Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit area. Only complaint is just because I have sore knees, the stairs are steep to the bedroom and the bathroom is downstairs. Overall, very enjoyable. "

"Ruby’s Haus is a cozy escape in the mountains, and minutes from downtown Helen. This quaint little cabin was just the right size for Hubby, me, and the pups. Check in was easy with the door code and WiFi password sent shortly before we arrived. Detailed instructions were also sent on how to use the amenities provided. The cabin was clean and well stocked and we felt right at home. This was our first time renting a cabin and we couldn’t be more pleased. We look forward to visiting again soon!"

"no curtains or blinds on the windows, there is no lights to see your way up & down the steps at night ,had problems with air in the water it starts out murky then clears, it doesn't keep water pressure, hot tub leaks , plug outlets fall out when you plug something in"
