"Very nice property. Small clean cabins (larger ones available), close to Helen, GA. Pet friendly. Quiet area. Easy to get into town and back. On the edge of a very nice state park. Owners we're very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended, We will book there anytime we return to the area."

"Beautiful property with small waterfall, with a rain it was impressive, but the sound of the waterfall was comforting no matter its size. The home is around 900 sqft which was quite nice.We stayed six weeks. Wilene the host was responsive. The location was a perfect and we spent many days exploring the area. As others have mentioned we did clean up cabin to meet our personal standards. Everything was great!"

"Great stay! Close to town and local hiking areas, but quiet and no traffic. Communal fire pit and picnic area were all very clean. Fully equipped kitchen area for any cooking needs. Lots of open space to take the dogs around. Highly recommend!"

"What you see is what you get—in a good way. The kitchen is nice and well stocked. The fishing was also very good, even in August. Had a question when we first arrived. Even after hours, communication was quick and thorough. Shout out to Andy—such a nice guy! We really enjoyed our stay."
