"We had a wonderful stay. I thought the fireplace was wood rather than gas but that’s not a big deal. Willene was very friendly helping us get in. The cabin is cute and comfortable. Being able to doze on the back porch listening to the waterfall was absolutely fabulous! We definitely intend to visit again. "

"We enjoyed our stay so much. It was the perfect balance of comfort and affordability for us. We really wanted a cabin with a hottub more than anything and we got that!!! The hottub was clean and at the temp I requested which I appreciated so much because I can’t tolerate really super hot water. The only reasons we didn’t give 5 stars is because there was no dish drainer and since there wasn’t a dishwasher there needed to be a drainer to wash dishes, the mattress was soft.. way too soft so that we both sank right to the middle of the bed.. I love a soft mattress so it wasn’t a deal breaker but one a tad firmer would be better and the comforter seemed a bit old and dingy. It was clean though… just looked dingy next to the white sheets. It took me a minute and a phone call to the office to figure out the heaters. ( I can be a blonde ding bat) There is one electric fireplace and one split unit ac and heat unit) but after that we were toasty and comfy. I love that there’s a ceiling fan as well because I like air circulation when I’m sleeping. All in all we had a most enjoyable and romantic stay at the Just the 2 Of Us cabin and will likely return! "

"This is such a cute and cozy cabin! Very clean and well kept, stocked with all the cooking utensils you need. It sits on a quiet neighborhood street, that also has a pool. We didn’t use it because we visited in February. It’s spacious enough for 8 people, or a family of 4 plus 2 dogs! The location is perfectly situated far enough away from town so as to avoid the crowds and traffic but close enough to make a quick run to Ingles and Dollar General, or to grab a quick bite to eat. We loved being able to walk by the river and catch (and release) rainbow trout, relax in the hot tub, play games on the arcade, or just lounge around watching tv. Definitely somewhere we will visit again!Thank you for sharing your place Nikki!"
